Good range of fittings and pipes, very good prices and quick delivery

Excellent customer service from Stewart throughout, even when I was asking lots of questions! The responses were always quick and helpful. The payment process was very easy and the making/delivering of my order was super quick too! I’m thrilled with our bespoke console table and would definitely use PipeDreamFittings again.

Excellent after sales service from Stewart.
Unfortunately received our first console table top damaged but Stewart was very quick to send out a replacement.
We chose the white wash top with steel legs, it looks very elegant in our hallway.

The same company as pipe dreams furniture (please see their reviews on here, same address, same owners) Shocking customer service was laughed at and told to F*** off by James one of the owners when trying to arrange a return I was happy to pay for!!!!!

I contacted the team at Pipe Dream Fittings as I wanted something bespoke. They were able to provide a quick response, clear advice and easy payment method. Product arrived promptly and it is of good quality and exactly how it was described. I am really happy with the shelves.

So helpful when I made a mistake on my order. Great Customer Service and very pleased with the curtain and clothes rail, look fantastic. Highly recommended.

1st class service, ,I've ordered two sets of industrial pipe shelving, they are 100% authentic and the measure ate exactly what I asked for, I was given proffesional advice from Stewart about the style that would suit my shop.

I brought a Rustic pipe shelf, and it is beautiful, all my friends commented on it. Very fast delivery and communication.
I had a wall fixing missing, so emailed them, they replayed straight back and sent a replacement out that week.
Will definitely order from them again.

Love the reclaimed scaffold boards and brackets we ordered they make beautiful shelves.

I ordered some custom sized clothing rails and a set of shelves. Excellent comms throughout the process, with swift response to emails. Delivery date was improved on by three days! (An almost impossible feat in the current situation). Everything extremely well packaged and complete, nothing missing. Superb service, superb quality and I would definitely use again. Thank you!

Purchased some fittings. i never received them. contacted them by email where i was promised a refund never received it. contacted them by phone promised a refund never got it only when i contacted pay-pal they again told me that i would receive my refund and i still haven't received it.

Terrible company with a profile made up of fake good reviews. Bad service, managing directors rude, no items sent out and I was blamed for there courier “loosing the parcel” still have no items or refund

I requested a size change to 42mm shortly after placing the above order for 34mm tube/fittings.

I immediately paid the £12 extra as soon as I received the invoive which was sent via email (INVOICE SI-6519).

However, the 34mm tube & fittings arrived instead of the 42mm stuff I'd requested a change to and paid for.

As it happened, the 34mm stuff was more than substantial for what I needed it for, so there was no need to exchange for the 42mm tube/fittings.

After contacting them, James said that the £12.00 extra I sent would be refunded.

Over two weeks later and nothing and no reply to messages.

First order never arrived by post but after a phone call a new order replacement arrived by courier. Fantastic service thanks.

There was a problem with my order, but I was super impressed with the customer service received, well beyond what I would expect from most companies

This company is epic. Great product price and communication.
