We’re sorry to hear that the pump didn’t work as well for you with larger breasts. Many customers with a range of breast sizes have had great experiences with our wearable pumps, but we know that comfort and fit are so personal, especially when it comes to pumping. 

One thing that can make a big difference is ensuring the right flange size, as this affects both comfort and more importantly output. All Pippeta pumps come with multiple flange sizes included, and we also offer additional sizes you can try if needed. Getting the right fit can help improve suction and make the pump sit more comfortably inside your bra. 

We also include free one-to-one lactation support with every pump, our IBCLC experts are here to help you find the best flange size and give tips for fitting the pump comfortably, especially if bras or breast shape are making fit tricky.

Very happy with upgrading my pippeta…

Very happy with upgrading my pippeta beast pump with new details. Still useful after 2years. This time it helped me a lot with massaging breast for the first few days and pumping later. Many thanks.

Gifted a double pump

After buying the single pump, I opened my delivery to see I had been gifted the double pump. This was due to the single ones being out of stock, along with a handwritten note explaining it. This is so thoughtful and something the company didn’t have to do! Thank you so much, I can’t wait to start using them.

Don’t suction properly

Really let down with these breast pumps, I haven’t used them loads but generally when I have I haven’t been able to get them to suction to my breast, my husband has had to help me a lot of the time, I recently took them to a wedding and they wouldn’t suction at all and also the motor wouldn’t stay in and just kept falling out of the plastic holder, I had to go without pumping all day which was not ideal, I wouldn’t buy this product again

Pump broke with very light use

Pump broke with very light use. Customer service wouldn't assist. Replacement parts almost as expensive as buying the full kit. Disappointed

After reviewing our email records, it appears that the cup had developed a crack. Unfortunately, after the first 30 days of purchase, only the electronic motors are covered by warranty. As the cup did not arrive with a crack and was not raised within the first 30 days of purchase, this would unfortunately not be considered a manufacturing fault.

We do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. As discussed, we provided guidance on how to order a replacement cup set.

Bought a pump for my daughter and she’s so pleased with it. Made motherhood and babysitting so much easier.

Do not believe half of the reviews you…

Do not believe half of the reviews you see here, this is possibly the worst pump I have ever used. This was my third baby so I have used different pumps in the past and if anything this hindered and ruined my breastfeeding journey, the pump is so poorly made the pumping unit would often fall of to the point both have now smashed and have broken, the actual suction on here is so poor in the whole 3 months I attempted to use it I probably managed one successful pump. I attempted to email to explain what was happening and was met with a generic reply asking to send so much information, photos etc .. no real concern for the problems I raised and as a busy mum of 3 I just didn’t have the time to go through all of it. Genuinely one star is too high and on reflection I wish I had stuck to the brands I had used previously and saved myself a whole lot of stress and money. Don’t be fooled by the reviews you read.

I’ve loved my breast feeding journey…

I’ve loved my breast feeding journey thanks to my Pippeta breast pump! I’ve been able feed my daughter at night then prep bottles for my husband to share the feeding experience whilst I nap. Highly recommend this sleek , handy , empowering device!

The best breast pump and bottles I’ve ever used!

I have just had my third baby and I’m so pleased I found Pippeta. With my first I had a pump that meant it needed plugging into a wall and she never accepted a bottle, my second developed serious bottle preference for MAM bottles and I had a manual pump so my breast feeding journey ended sooner than hoped. Enter Pippeta into the chat!
I have the compact breast pump and glass bottles and I am in LOVE! The pump is so easy to use and means I can just pop it in my bra and carry on with life! The bottles are brilliant, great size and the teat shapes means my baby happily switches between bottle and breast without an issue. I’m so happy we have found these and will recommended them to anyone I know having a baby!! I can’t wait to try out their weaning items when the time comes!

Best value for money purchase I have…

Best value for money purchase I have made. I purchased the bibs and weaning set and I can honestly say that this is the best purchase I have made. The bibs I have brought have lasted. I shopped around everywhere but these bibs were brilliant for feeding and I multi purposed it for painting and I was so impressed how easy they are to clean. I have recommended this to my mums group and we couldn’t be happier.

2 years and still going strong!

I’ve used Pippeta pumps with both of my littles. My first is 2.5 and I have breastfed her for 18 months. I also pumped to allow me to have some time to myself.

I really recommend these pumps. They are such a lovely brand and the pumps have lasted me for 2 years.

I am now using them with my second tiny human. I’ve just switched the changeable parts over to fresh ones to ensure maximum efficiency.

For a hands free pump which is run on a battery, they are amazing.

I have been recommended Pippeta by…

I have been recommended Pippeta by friends and purchased over the bank holiday weekend as they had a fantastic offer on the hands free breast pump. I have found it really easy to use on the go and now produce a good amount of milk each time I pump.

The only issue I find it can leak a little around the seals. I do wish they would include a free nipple measure tool guide like MomCosy as seen on their website. However overall I give it 4/5 stars.

I DM’d Pipetta back in June to enquire…

I DM’d Pipetta back in June to enquire about bottle stock. I managed to get a set of the ones I was after before they sold out again. Today Lauryn messaged me back to offer me bottles which had damaged packaging at a discounted rate before they went online for sale. Such a personal touch and that they reached out knowing I was after the bottles after 2 months of me last contacting them. Amazing customer service! Created me a private order to purchase and made it so simple!

Such a thoughtful brand !

I really wanted the original set of Pippeta breast pumps in Sea Salt but was devastated to find that they weren’t stocking it anymore… I then had a DM from the brilliant team who had found some in their stock and offered them at a discount - this was a couple weeks apart so I was super surprised ! I saved a bunch of money AND got the colour I wanted in the end (not like there’s anything wrong with the rose colour BUT I still like to visually enjoy what I’m buying). I’m excited to receive these and give it a go as a FTM. I’ve heard good things. Brilliant customer service.

The Nip Cups saved my breastfeeding…

The Nip Cups saved my breastfeeding journey.
I never took much notice how much friction was happening between my nips & bra until I started using the cups. I purchased the Triliminate set which is a great option at a more affordable price.

My only qualm would be a smoother shield on the back of the cups as they can clearly be seen through clothing 😅

Wish I read the reviews first

Bought the milk/food storage bottles as they were glass and had seen a few good things about them online…..ordered them and was super excited when they came, the design is simplistic and they looked lovely albeit a little heavy but I expected that with it being glass. The problem lies in the bottle teat and lid, the lids constantly unscrew no matter how tight you think you have them and the teats often leak too which results in baby being soaked if you don’t catch it on time and wasted breast milk which is heartbreaking after spending so much time and effort pumping.
The bottle set comes with 2 teat lids and 4 storage lids which are different to each other so you can’t mix them up. Pippetta also claim they have “Anti-leak technology 360” but from my own experience it seems this was forgotten for our bottles! It’s a real shame as I sang the praises of these bottles to many after 2 uses stupidly, only to be disappointed afterwards. I wouldn’t recommend the bottles after our experience of them and just glad they’re not the main source of feeding.
I truly wish I’d have come here to read other reviews to see the brand isn’t as top notch as I had originally expected.

Don’t believe the hype. Awful quality

Pippeta pump ruined my milk supply, affected my mental health and caused feeding/weight issues for my son. I would not recommend this pump under any circumstance.

I bought this in the sale in January 2025. My son was born End of April 2025 which is when I started using it 2-3 times per day. I noticed regardless how long I pumped for and even with the correct flange size, the pump was not extracting milk from my breasts well as they were still quite full after many times of long pumping sessions. 18 days after the first use the pump motor started making a strange noise, I emailed Pippeta on the 14.5.25 to report this and ask the procedure. I was referred to a warranty page and asked to return the pump for inspection. At this point my milk supply had dropped due to the poor quality of the pump (confirmed by NHS lactation consultants) and I couldn’t risk sending it back and being left with nothing as my baby had to feed after refusing formula. The NHS loaned me a hospital grade Medela pump and thankfully I built my milk supply back up and baby is now thriving.

Pippeta need a better warranty procedure, this is not an item of clothing, this is an essential piece of equipment for feeding a baby. You should supply temporary replacements whilst you inspect the device. I would like a refund as the item has caused me so much stress as described above and only worked for 18 days and even then it was never efficient or worth 1 pence. But I doubt I will get a refund from this company. Order number 58513.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share what has happened. I want to start by saying how truly sorry I am to hear what a difficult time you’ve had. As a brand created by mums who have been through their own feeding journeys, our whole reason for being is to support parents during what we know can be a really emotional and exhausting time.

Our pumps are designed to give mums the best possible experience and they are tested thoroughly. But like with any electrical product, occasionally things do go wrong and we absolutely want to make this right when that happens.

I’ve had a good look through our records and I can see your original email from 14 May, where we explained how to raise a warranty claim. But I can’t see that a claim was submitted after that, and we haven’t received any images or videos showing the fault, which we normally ask for so we can quickly identify what’s going on and fix it. Huge apologies if this has simply been missed.

I completely understand why you didn’t want to be without a pump, and for that reason, we do offer something called an interim motor. This is a hugely discounted temporary replacement that we send out so mums can carry on pumping while we inspect the original motor. Once the fault is confirmed, the cost of the interim motor is fully refunded. I’m really sorry if this wasn’t made clear to you at the time. It is something we’ve put in place to try and prevent any disruption to a mum’s pumping journey.

We also work closely with IBCLCs (International Board Certified Lactation Consultants) and take advice from them when designing our products and supporting our customers, as we want every mum who chooses us to feel properly looked after.

I’m genuinely sorry that your experience has fallen short of what we aim for. I am glad to hear the NHS team were able to help you and that you’ve found a solution that’s working for you now. That’s the most important thing. But we would still really like to resolve this with you properly. If you’d like us to look into it further, please do submit a claim on our warranty portal using your order number (#58513), and include a brief video or description of the problem. This will allow us to carry out a full assessment and get a fair outcome for you, whether that’s a repair, replacement, or refund.

We are here to help and we don’t want to leave any mum feeling unsupported. Please reach out if you’d like to take this forward.

Best investment for peaceful motherhood

Best one ever- this is my 3rd pump which I am trying and every pump were worst. earlier had problem with my pump motor but the company customer manager Ms. Stephanie Taylor was super prompt and made sure I had good breast feeding experience and got a new device delivered to me in no time.
Also she helped me with the leak query and help me with a happy motherhood.

Brilliant products

Brilliant products, I’ve ordered their breast pump, storage bags and power patches and I love them all. The breast pump is great and so easy to disassemble and clean - I also get a higher yield with this pump which I’m super happy about. The patch is also great for mums on the go, now a part of my daily routine.
