I love the hands free compact LED pipetta pump. I had been using a plug in pump for the first 4 weeks of my breastfeeding journey and a lot of time was spent sat expressing both during the day and in the night when my baby was sleeping.

The pipetta means I can pump on the go and also sit in bed and pump quietly during the night rather than having to be near a plug socket.

It comes with a QR code to a video to demonstrate how to put the pump together and once you know how it is very easy to assemble.

I am very pleased with this product.

I purchased the compact pumps (set of 2) because they are "hospital grade suction" and my other wearables weren't emptying me fully. The pumps are as discreet as pumps can be so they are ideal for being out and about. that's where the positives stop. The battery life is rubbish and the suction can be painful even with the correct flange sizing. Despite the strong suction, I get less than half my usual output with these pumps. I know I am positioning right as I do get something out, but sometimes it's next to nothing. One motor packed in on me after a few weeks but customer service were good and sent me a replacement within a few days. I really wouldn't recommend this particular pump at all unless you're trying to reduce your milk supply as this is what they did to me unfortunately.

I haven’t actually used the pumps yet, as we are due in November, so I can’t comment on the product usage, however the quality of the packaging, pumps and extras that arrive with the pumps are fantastic! Also the customer service was superb, I ordered the incorrect pump to start with & realised my error before my order arrived, I contacted customer services and spoke to Stephanie, who arranged a returns label for me, and kept in contact during the return process, my refund had arrived back in my account within 2 days & the pump I ordered instead arrived 2 days after ordering. If I could give more stars for the customer service I would. And I do hope the pumps are just as good!

Great pump, affordable, works well, comfortable, well designed, nice branding and design, clear instructions. Only negative is the pumping noise is a bit annoying but given everything else is great, this is a minor inconvenience. 9/10

Really pleased with this pump for the fit and ease of use.
Positives- reasonable price, easy to use, efficient to pump and a comfortable fit

Downsides - the pump cups get discoloured from sterilising within a month, the hands free aspect I’ve found the pump words better if you hold it with one hand in the optimum position.

Overall a great pump for the price and I’ve bought a second.

I ordered the Pippeta classic breast pump when pregnant and have been using it religiously to express since giving birth in July with no issues!
After having such a good experience, I’ve also recently ordered the bottles which my baby boy has taken to and I love how aesthetically pleasing everything looks and the quality of the products, so will definitely be making regular purchases.
You definitely can’t go wrong with this brand as a first time mum!

It took me a while to decide which electric hands free pump to buy so when I decided to get this one I was excited to finally use it and not be stuck to my chair like with my other pump. I find it leaks with the 21mm breast shield and is too tight and hurts with the 19mm shield, it doesn’t collect as much milk as my other one but I do have to compress to achieve the amount of milk I would usually get and with the pippeta I can’t really compress due to it’s size and if I try it will leak out. All in all it’s ok… I’m glad I didn’t get two and I’m still using my old one to collect extra milk that this one cannot get with the pippeta. Shame you can’t return as they are not cheap. Also I have to add now that the pump has ripped and taken a layer of my areola off both breasts not sure if it’s my skin sensitive to the silicone or just the suction but I’ve had to use Vaseline and it still caused a tear. Really painful so beware.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. I got the hands free pump. It's didn't extract any milk at all after 20 mins of pumping, the mota overheated and you can't see how long you have been pumping for. After writing a complaint they didn't offer any compensation, I had to pay for postage to send back and pay £35 for new motas while they tried to fix the other ones. Your better off buying a cheaper one from amazon. Or the Medula hands free with the tube, it's 10000 times better then this pump. Please do not waste your money like I did.

We purchased the milk bottles after our son was struggling to take the bottle. We found that he took to these straight away. Highly recommend if your baby is not taking to bottles after breastfeeding. We now use them to store purees and food in the fridge.

I am extremely disappointed with their baby weaning spoon. Despite being only two months old and used just a few times, it has already developed multiple cracks. The poor quality of this product is alarming, especially considering it poses a dangerous choking hazard. I would not recommend this spoon to any parent. This product fails to meet basic safety standards.

DO NOT BUY! We purchased Pippeta LED Wearable Hands Free Breast Pump - 2 Pack (order #49992) on 25th June. We utilised it for a few days and both motors have failed. One motor has lost its power to suck and the other one has limited battery life. We wrote in to raise these issues and were told to send in the motors for inspection in addition to being advised to purchase additional 2 motors while the other pumps are being reviewed so we can keep expressing milk.

We purchased 2 additional motors as advised on 8th July (order #50534) and they arrived on 10th July. We used the new motors to pump and it is very frustrating that the suction by the new motors are also horrendous. We usually express above 120ml every pumping session and with these new motors, we are pumping less than 10ml as the suction power is close to zero.

We are now having to return all the parts on our own postage cost, which is now additional expense to what we have already spent. In addition, we are unable to express milk as we can’t afford another pump while waiting for Pipetta to review and respond. It is very very frustrating as our son has jaundice and we are unable to express and provide the correct breast milk amount so he gets better. We are now having to switch to formula milk so we know our son is getting enough to cure his jaundice. This is causing us a lot of stress in addition to wasting so much money in buying additional motors and paying for postage to return the items for inspection. We would not recommend anyone buying these from Pippeta.

UPDATE: We sent in video proof that the pumps weren’t pumping (literally zero milk were being expressed even at highest suction level) but received another lacklustre response. We then purchased the Medela manual pump (as we couldn’t afford another electric pump) and been pumping at least 150-200ml every pumping session. We are very disappointed with Pippeta. It also seems like they have removed our review from their website.

Pros:
1. Gives a good output and is leak free
2. Easy to assemble and clean
3. Fairly quiet
4. Good customer service
Cons:
1. I was really impressed with it so I ordered a second so I could double pump. Both pumps only lasted 6 weeks until the motor stopped working on both, however pipetta were quick to send replacements, after using the replacement for a couple of weeks the motor began to stop and start again so I requested a refund which I recieved.

Overall I was pleased with how well the pump worked and the customer service recieved from pipetta but I’m disappointed with how long the motors last ( 6 weeks tops )

Brilliant Brest pump. Lots of different modes and speeds, easy to assemble, compact and comfortable to wear, discreet to wear around the home. Easy to use/operate. Very good value for money and saves time using manual pump and you are able to fit this in your bra and continue as normal with household chores etc.

Good quality items.

I ordered it on a Tuesday and it had arrived by Thursday very quick delivery. Haven't got to use it yet as my son is still cooking but in the next 2 weeks I will be able to start using it. Stunning product comes with so many spares which is needed, a whole booklet which tells you how to use and how to sterilise very impressed

Met pippeta at the baby show in Manchester when I was pregnant and was keen to use their products once the baby arrived. I bought the dual pump as I thought it was handy that it could be used singularly aswell if necessary and couldn’t rate it enough! Previously borrowed a different brand from my sister in law and hated having to pump for 40 mins, where as this is half the time and I got so much for milk. The suction is very powerful and always did a great job. I also bought the storage bags aswell which are perfect at taking up less room in the freezer, being the perfect amount for a bottle and quicker to heat up then in a bottle.
Really recommend this company and happy to support a small business

I am exclusively pumping and have been doing this ONLY using the hands free pumps (ones with detachable motor on top). One of the motors is very temperamental and cuts in and out, the other is fine. The charging port is in such a stupid place so close to the charging point and the stoppers to close them don't stay in so be so careful when doing anything because of milk comes out that is where it's headed. They give you extra parts which is really great. I'd have given 5 starts if the motor wasn't faulty and the stoppers/electrical port were in a more sensible place.

Good pump however not the best for big boobs. I found mine leaked every time I expressed out the bottom.

Ordered my godson a weaning bundle to keep at our house absolutely amazing quality. Customer service can’t do enough for you! Will continue to order & recommend

Amazing products! Used the breast pump with my two babies and the weaning bibs and cutlery for both my littles too when they got to 6 months! Beautiful colours and great quality of products that last. Great customer service too when you get in touch, they always fast reply - which is a bonus.
