The folks at PITS did a fabulous job and retrieved a decade’s worth of priceless family photos I had stored on an external hard drive that failed. I was unable to fix this myself and the local computer repair shop was uninterested. PITS to the rescue. Excellent work and a fine system for dealing with the customer. PITS is not cheap, but if you have data you must have back, who’s to say what you should pay? I was ecstatic to get my photos back. I wholeheartedly recommend PITS.

I never thought I'd get my data back, and I had planned on getting only 10% of it, but thanks to their initiative and data recovery services, I received 100% of my data back. This was due to the fact that my hard drive was too old—it was made 20 years ago—and I had not anticipated receiving this much data. I am really happy with their business, and I hope they continue to attract satisfied clients like me. Right before the holidays, losing your data is nothing but a nightmare. I had recovered data from my flash drives before, but after a certain point, you just have to let the professionals take care of it. And take care of it they did! I was given all the details of the procedure beforehand and sent my flash drive out. They notified me every step of the way, and lo and behold before I knew it they were done with the inspection and started my recovery. My flash drive was corrupted. I contacted them and right away they sent me an overnight and within 24 hours they called with a diagnosis. I chose the service i wanted and I received the hard drive with everything I needed, back super quick. They were in constant communication with me and everything I needed was recovered. My laptop was not turning on, and I was stressing out. The PITS office was nearby, so I took my laptop to them. They performed an evaluation of the hard drive, and it turned out that it was dead, but all the data could be recovered. I decided to continue the recovery process with PITS, as I understood how professional they are via an evaluation. I did not regret the decision at all. Within a few days, everything was ready, and all my files were recovered! This is some kind of miracle, and PITS techs are amazing! I am very grateful for their work.

It was a decent experience, the communication was great, the speed of the fix was extraordinary (failed hard drive), and the negotiation of prices was even more so. The only reason why I’m giving this 4 stars is because of the file type that was downloaded. It says zip but it’s in a strange file that I had to use a raropener to get open, but I’m just gonna chalk that up as something that happens when you pull stuff out of a hard drive that failed or got corrupted.

They did their job. They recovered all footage lost from my hardrive. I'm happy they could find every single file. However, the price was high... reeaaaallyyyy expensive. I know they use high quality technology and softwares to recover every single file lost, but wow I didn't expect to be that expensive. If you really need to recover them for urgent reasons, then these guys are the one

I have lost important family photos on a broken hard drive. They responded very quickly and I especially thank Mr Eric for his professionalism and kind support on this matter. My experience with Pits was 100 percent successful, not only once but with a second hard drive. All my data was recovered at a reasonable price within a reasonable amount of time. Our computer went down, from a power surge switching into the generator, during hurricane Ian.
We were unaware we had a problem because I was in the hospital three times in the month of October (I am the one who takes care of our finances). There was thirteen years of our financial life on that computer and would be impossible for me to reconstruct!
