The staff at Pittis Shanklin have been very professional and Jo in particular has been extremely helpful. Always obliging and cheerful. She has made, what has been a protracted sale of my Mum’s bungalow, bearable.

The staff at Pittis Shanklin have been professional and courteous throughout. House buying and selling are not the easiest procedures, but from Chris's original appraisal through to exchange, Jo has kept us informed all along the way. A mention too for Diana who kept us apprised of viewing stats and Heather at Move With Us who prodded things along and Angela who did most of the viewings.

We had originally placed our bungalow on the market with the Ventnor branch. Luckily for us the Ventnor office closed and the sale of our bungalow was transferred to Shanklin. We were kept informed by the great team in Shanklin who sold our property in a fairly short period. Jo Lacey, Chris and Ross were great to deal with, keeping us informed, especially as we had left the Island and they were the key holders. I would absolutely recommend the Shanklin branch of Pittis.

Leigh and I would like to thank Connor, Lauren, Sarah and Jack at Freshwater Pittis. We have had a bit of a stressful journey but the team have been supportive and helpful all the way. We would highly recommend the team to anyone selling or buying in the freshwater area. Always on hand and always helpful to resolve any questions. They know the area and the market. Ross transferred to a different branch on the island, He telephoned us to tell us personally that he wouldn't be our first contact anymore. He also confirmed it by email. We were impressed that he took the time to speak to us. Ross was professional and very helpful throughout our conversations and meetings with him. We wish him well.

Following Ross's departure, Jo stepped in and looked after us. On the occasions we missed her telephone calls she left kind, professional messages on our voicemail. When we had the pleasure of talking to her and meeting her, she was friendly, warm and very professional. Her knowledge of the area was extremely helpful. She listened to our list of "must-haves" and suggested several properties that matched our requirements.

Although we didn't buy a property through Pittis, I can thoroughly recommend this company. All of the staff we spoke to were friendly and professional and they knew their stuff!

Very thorough inspection. Very helpful.Listened to the information I wanted to give regarding the property. She gave me a lot of insights and her opinion on price and made links to mainland colleagues who she thought could help with my moving requirements. These calls came within 24hours. The confirmation of her valuation arrived within a few hours. There was nothing I could fault with this lady's service. She certainly stood out in terms of quality of service, doing what she said she would do and the evidence of this was quickly apparent. Whilst I have not marketed my property as yet, I can highly recommend the front line service.

Michelle in particular has been a star - Due to work commitments I need a flexible way to communicate and as I don't always have time to take calls. Michelle has been brilliant in understanding I'm not always available on the phone.

Although my husband and I have not been able to find the property of our choice in Shanklin, I have been most impressed with Ross Dunford of the Shanklin Pittis office as well as his team in that office. He has kept us fully updated at all times. Pittis is the only estate agents that have constantly kept us informed. We live in Poole Dorset and trying to find a property before somebody else puts their bid in is hard. Hopefully we will find something soon.

Jodie and the team have been brilliant.
Since relocating back to the island, I have been struggling to find somewhere for my son and I. Other estate agents have been very little to no help during this time and made things seem impossible given the current housing situation.
