Imogen was fantastic from the beginning with helping us find our cottage up to when our son moved in. Always helpful, friendly and able to assist with any queries that we had. Thank you also to Jodie who although we didn't have as much contact with, when we did again was also so helpful.

Nothing was too much trouble, they listened and helped us through the whole process, even taking our ID photographs, as we are not technically minded!

Lauren White is amazing! She has been so proactive in trying to find us a house to buy, including video viewings when we couldn't be there in person. She has listened and understood what it is we are looking for, and always gone beyond expectation. And all with enthusiasm and a big smile on her face! Whenever I have called the office, everyone on the phone has always been so polite and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Pittis!

The sale of my house has been an epic journey! The market has been unpredictable and there was limited interest and a sale fell though. However, Chris Smith and Jo Lacey and the team at the Shanklin branch have been tenacious and dedicated in getting me the best price and getting the sale across the line. I have appreciated their support and advice and how well they kept me up to date. Their persistence certainly paid off and I’m very grateful!

We are hoping to move to the island from the mainland. We called pittis in sandown to arrange some viewings. We spoke with Vicky who was very friendly and helpful. She asked what we require from our future home then suggested further properties to see. The properties suggested included all our requirements and Vicky was available for all our viewings. Vicky made us feel very comfortable and welcome and took our ideas into consideration. We have now put an offer in for what will hopefully be our new home.

We have just relocated for work and needed to rent a property for the next year. Having never rented before we weren't familiar with the process, however, Imogen and Jodie guided us through very smoothly and were extemely patient with our countless queries and phone calls.

We used Pittis in the Shanklin office to advertise and sell our property, from Chris Smith coming to talk us through the process, to Jo Lacey keeping us up to date on viewings and offers received, everything went as smoothly as possible. Any queries we had were answered efficiently and professionally by the staff in the office, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Liked the floorplan that was created and writeup that showcased the property very well, also that Pittis have offices over the island. Great friendly team

I have just completed the purchase of a flat in Shanklin Isle of Wight with Pittis Shanklin. From the start, Jo Lacey was of amazing assistance taking time to think of us and introduce us to the property at first viewing. We had just had a sale fall through with another company when Jo thought how this property would suit us. She was then there to help with any questions, and she and Chris Smith constantly assisted us in motivating the legal team when they seemed to forget us in the filing cabinet. As we were soon to be evicted from our previous tenancy, her assistance to motivate the conveyance was invaluable. Jo Lacey and Chris Smith would be our first call in the future if we ever had to move again. Let's hope, not too soon.

Having never bought a house before and things becoming a bit crazy, I was put at ease by a fantastic sales lady very bright and bubbly nothing too much trouble, organised viewings and kept in touch throughout each one, any changes required were no problem still in process at the moment the one we aim to buy was advised by Victoria after we'd given heads up of what we require.
Fantastic service hope sale goes through.
