Avoid! Disorganised! No Show!
I booked an appointment with these people. They confirmed the meeting TWICE before then sending a third confirmation request, which was confirmed. All this within 48hrs and then didn't show up. Apparently they needed a 4th confirmation, which they didn't get because I was in a meeting 2hrs before the appointment. This is clearly a disorganised operation that felt overly sales-driven. When originally booking the appointment they mandated that both myself and wife MUST be there to discuss the project otherwise they wouldn't come. This feels like a pressure sales gig to sign on the day, so probably a lucky escape!

Firstly, we'd like to sincerely apologise that your appointment did not go ahead as expected. We do not operate our own call centre or appointment booking team. Instead, we purchase appointments from independent marketing partners, and on this occasion it appears they did not manage the confirmation process correctly before passing the booking to us. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been.
With regard to your comments about high-pressure sales, we'd respectfully point out that as no representative from our company attended your property, we unfortunately never had the opportunity to discuss your project with you, let alone apply any sales pressure. We appreciate that the requirement for all homeowners to be present can give the wrong impression, but this policy exists simply because any recommendations and quotations must be provided to all decision-makers to avoid misunderstandings and repeat visits.
We are disappointed that your experience with the booking process has reflected poorly on our company, as it appears to have been caused by the third-party booking provider rather than our own team. Nevertheless, we take full responsibility for the customer experience and will be raising this matter with them to help prevent it happening again.

Tricked into appointment and pushy sales
I was tricked on the phone and told that they do single parent help and grants. I accepted the appointment based on that. The salesman came round, seemed very friendly and cant fault him to start with. But then a call was made to a manager towards the end of the quote, to give me the 'best price' and they kept pressuring me to pay "just £250 today and secure this one-off offer and We can't do it at this price after today" i said i want to think about it and mull over the numbers myself. And they then said, what if we bring the money down some more, would you pay £250 today and sign up? I must have said no, 4 times. I started to feel really uncomfortable in my own home. I can see how easily they will win quotes on their pressure alone. I even asked for them to email me over all the information so I can go through all the figures before I commit. I am still waiting for said email. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

We are extremely pleased with our decision to install solar panels with PlanetBloom.
The service was excellent from the moment we first spoke with their agent to the day we started using solar-generated electricity.
The job was completed quickly and accurately, and we are very happy with the overall installation process. Even though we only had the solar panels installed less than a month ago, we noticed a significant reduction in our reliance on our electricity provider from the very first day. We expect the savings on our bills to become even more noticeable over time.

Unsure at the start of the process but their reassurance and expertise helped overcome any doubts. The whole process from survey to finished fitting of insulation was well managed and professional, kept us informed throughout the process and excellent work of fitting in a very large loft.
