Amazing experience
We were in the market for a hot tub and heard great things about Atmosphere Hot Tubs & Leisure, so we decided to give them a visit. We managed to set up a meeting with Andre pretty quickly, even though we’re about an hour away — totally worth the trip! When we met Andre, he was fantastic—super friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a great price and took the time to go over all our options, what to expect with delivery, and even provided us with a really thorough setup and maintenance guide. From start to finish, our experience was absolutely wonderful. Big thanks to the whole team for making the whole process so enjoyable! We definitely recommend Atmosphere Hot Tubs & Leisure to anyone looking for top-notch service and quality.

Aqua Paradise has been supportive during the whole process from the buying to installation phases. They are quick to return calls and answer questions. We purchased the Seville hot tub which so far seems to be a great product and we are thoroughly enjoying.

Le spa Topaz est parfait avec des jets puissants. Il est aussi très beau. Le seul bémol est le manque de notice d’utilisation. On ne sait pas comment fonctionnent tous les accessoires, règlement des jets, lumière, aromathérapie etc… une notice papier précise serait la bienvenue

Brand new $20,000 Titan Swim Spa…
Brand new $20,000 Titan Swim Spa leaking from the moment we filled it. Fixed one jet, more leaking, incredible fail! Wish the sales guy would not have sold us on this "superior" British junk. So disappointed! Need to look into lemon law for recourse.

Purchased a platnum spa refresh
Purchased a platnum spa refresh less than a year ago and all 4 suction assemblies are cracked due to overtightening at the factory. The place i Purchased it from is great and are working hard to get the parts and fix it.
