Really good, would recommend and use again,very helpful , great communication and efficient with being on time, when we landed

I used Platinum Valet for one week in August 2025 and was very disappointed with the service.

First, the car park was extremely difficult to find, even with the instructions provided. The directions were unclear, and the location signage was poor, which caused unnecessary stress before my flight.

Even worse, on my return, I tried calling the company several times to find out where my vehicle was — but no one was answering. After multiple attempts and long waiting, I eventually got my car back, but the lack of communication was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

I raised a formal complaint and asked for a refund, but they dismissed my concerns and claimed everything was delivered “on time” — completely ignoring the stress and inconvenience caused by their lack of response.

I’ve now escalated the matter to the British Parking Association and Trading Standards because I believe this service fell below acceptable standards.

I would not recommend Platinum Valet and will not be using them again.

Used the airport valet parking and overall it was a smooth and easy service. My car wasn’t washed as expected, which is why I’ve dropped a star, but Somil was really friendly and made the whole process stress-free. Seems like a good service and I’d use it again.

Really conveniently located for the airport, this parking is ideal. They offer a great price and even give your car a decent wash before collection. After some initial confusion about the numbering of spaces in the multi-storey car park, we found where we needed to meet our greeter. Key handover was smooth and getting to the airport a simple case of getting the monorail which leaves from the adjacent structure. Collection was similarly smooth and the agent even kindly pulled a suitcase when he saw how much luggage travelling with a toddler involves! Would definitely use them again.

Perfect service on drop of and pick up, no complaints they even called me for car collection before I got chance to call them as they were tracking my flight, friendly service and no issues at all. Highly recommend

Harry was an excellent guy. We called in late en route to the airport but he was still on time for us. Nothing was too much. A pleasant and professional experience.

Harry and Somil were great from start to finish…communication was great and really friendly and efficient…even offered to help get the cases in the roof bag on our return! Eased the stress after a cancelled flight due to the incident at Birmingham Airport and made it all run smoothly. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Our flight was diverted to a different airport so we were 6 hours delayed picking up our car. Harry was great on the phone, very helpful and friendly. We were assured there'd be no extra charges.
Dropped one star because to find the right drop off place we used the "get directions" link in the email and it took us to the wrong carpark! We were charged £6 for 5 mins in the carpark while we figured out we should've gone to the train station short stay carpark.

Very efficient, drop off and collection worked well, car ready for collection once we reached the parking area on our return, car cleaned as well was a bonus !
