Excellent service and transparency on pricing
Excellent service and transparency on pricing. After being ripped off in the past by other plumbers I was cautious in hiring someone but after speaking with Adam on the phone I was happy for him to come over and see if he could fix our leak on the basis that he would charge us for the first hour of attendance and fixed agreed pricing thereafter if need be. However Adam arrived and got straight to work and although we had prepared ourselves for a worse case scenario thinking it would take longer than the hour Adam managed diagnose where the leak originated from and fix it all within the first hour. I must add this was after two other plumbers had come out free of charge and tried to get us to agree for them to undertake the work at nearly three times the amount that Adam charged us for the hour, not only this but the other plumbers wanted to knock holes out of our newly plastered ceiling which would have cost us even more. Adam has fixed the leak without all of this and we are so happy we took the leap of faith in hiring him. Will definitely use again and highly recommend to anybody in the same position.
Got to be the best plumber in Manchester.
Punctual, polite, honest to a tee and we’re very grateful.

We always offer customers upfront pricing every step of the way, if we can’t help for free over the phone then we only charge for the first hour of attendance getting straight to work and fixing the problem within that whenever we can. Further work outside of that first hour is always on agreed price basis with the customer, that way everyone knows where they stand and there’s no surprise bill at the end.
A lot of our competitors will even pay to get through your door (buying your contact details from third parties) or offer to come for free only to see what they can swindle out of you whereas we pride ourselves on total transparency and honest work ethic.
We pride ourselves on offering the most reliable and trustworthy plumbing heating and electrical services within the manchester and surrounding areas 24 hours a day 365 days a year. We cater to emergency plumbing heating and electrical repairs along with installations both domestic and commercial.
