No Support. Software stopped working and there was no one to get help from.

I never received my download, and the email that was apparently sent was pure junk just nothing,this site is a SCAM!!!!!

Total rip-off...I had no problem buying & downloading QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2023. It only lasted a few months before I was blocked from the site and QB was in view-only mode. It was sold to me as having a lifetime licensed subscription, never happened...you'll get a few different licenses to use when you complain, then he'll ghost you...I went in with low expectations and they were fulfilled...find 'Better Excel Checkbook'...it's $15 dollars and does everything QBs does.

Do your shelf a favor. Do No buy from this third party.
I purchased Quickbooks 2024 on april 9th of 2024 and it locked me out on Nov 11th 2024 with on way to renew the licence and no way to contact this company.
After 20 years in have to start over with my books. Never buy Third party.

If I could give a 0, I would have. My experience is that same as that of the most recent reviews. At first getting the updated keys was no problem until it was. I cannot log into my account and no one has responded to my several emails, chat messages and unanswered phone calls. I hardly leave reviews that are negative without a constructive note, but not this time. Please do not spend your money on this company. It's been over two weeks that I have no access to my QB files.

DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Scam company. Worked for a fewcmonths then the product is no longer available. You cannot log on or access your account to download new key for QuickBooks. Have been trying to reach them. No one answers the phone. No one responds to emails.

Definitely a scam company. Works for 2 months then no longer carries the product and you cannot log on or access your account to download new key for QuickBooks. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased in July and now we cannot get into the system. They will not answer any calls or help at all. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Plusbay is a scam. I'm embarrassed to say I fell for it. End of May 2024 I ordered QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus 2024 with a life time license. Things were fine and dandy all of June and July. I try to get the updated license August 15th. When I log in it says I no longer have an account. Numerous calls and the phone rings and rings and finally disconnects. Numerous emails and they all kick back. I have also used the online request form. Crickets Crickets....can you hear the crickets.

For an update, I never heard from PlusBay and ended buying a desktop 2024 from Intuit for an excessive price.

I bought QB 2024 in March 2023 with supposedly a lifetime subscription. Five days ago, it asked me to renew my subscription or I would no longer be able to use Quickbooks. I called with no success anyone to pick up, tried to e-mail and my e-mail was rejected and finally used their online request form now three times with no response. I called Intuit to see about renewing a subscription (thinking I have a lifetime license...) and they said I do not own my version (which I bought through PlusBay) and won't assist me.

Plusbay was fantastic on the sale, I'm hoping I can get this resolved but only have two days left.

Bought a QB Desktop Pro license on 5-25-24. Expires every 7 days and they publish a new one to my account. Starting this week, my account says I never purchased a license. Place is a SCAM. I've emailed, no response. Tried to Chat but have to use WhatsApp. When I tired to chat via the number they provided, WhatsApp locked out my account.

Initial contact was great and purchased Pro Plus 2024 for Desktop. Used 2x no problem. Now our account has been changed to the product Premier Plus 2023 and since the product number is different cannot get new license to udate. Have been locked out since July 20 and no response on phones or emails from PlusBay

Was hesitant based on reviews but went ahead with the purchase. Everything went smoothly until it finished loading and I got an error that I might have issues with pdf's and I did. Plusbay connected to my computer and resolved the issue. It was a new computer and did not have the XPS app installed so it was not the Quickbooks link but instead it was my computer.

I purchased the QB Pro Desktop 2023 in May 2024. The receipt of the download was a bit confusing and after I followed the instructions I received the following message: "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC check with the software publisher". I immediately called PLUSBAY - the call was answered after several rings and when I asked "is this PlusBay" the person hung up. Someone did call back within a few minutes but that person was extremely difficult to understood (obvious someone from another country) and asked for a picture of the error message I received. He sent a new link and AGAIN I got the same error message!!! I have yet to be able to download this product and have sent various emails to support at Plusbay.shop with NO response. I was billed for the product and have NOW requested a FULL REFUND ... I'd never do business with this company again. Be FORWARNED!!!

Never got a delivery/email of product, sent MULTIPLE emails with no response

After the initial installation which worked fine, two weeks later attempting to do payroll again it was in view mode. I tried to call the support there was no answer or opportunity to leave a message. After much frustration and feeling of got scammed, I uninstalled and reinstalled which was not necessary in retrospect it worked again after entering a new product key. Under the new product key there is a small statement the user has to enter the new product key each time you close the software. After talking to QB support I was also informed Plusbay is not an authorized distributor.
