Ordered QuickBooks desktop pro plus 2024 and installed it. It started and ran successfully for about two weeks and now the program has gone into view only mode. Contacted Quickbooks Support and was told that the license number provided by Plusbay was not a valid license number. As instructed, I contacted Plusbay via their support email but they don't respond. I am now contacting my cc to dispute the scam transaction.

I purchased Quickbooks Pro Plus Lifetime Subscription and then realized that not only did it not include payroll, but in addition, I could not "attach" the payroll subscription I already had from Intuit. I did not download the software, but I instead tried to call 2 times to talk to someone about a refund. I don't think I even left a message, but later a representative called my cell number as he had seen I had tried to call. I appreciated his return call. As it turned out, he agreed with my request for a refund, but told me to dispute it. My credit card company gave me a temp credit and then later a final credit to resolve this.

They sold me an unauthorized version of the software that I was looking for. When attempting to do payroll with the new software the issue came to light as Quickbooks wouldnt update our payroll settings with it. Upon speaking with Quickbooks directly we found this was a fraudulant sale and had to repurchase through Quickbooks

Quickbooks said that my license expired after I used the new one I got from Plusbay. I was concerned but then I checked my license page on my account. It said that this can happen, if it does to just reenter the license and validation code. The licenses change daily on this page, so if someone used the same code they did originally, it will not work. It solved it for me and I can download bank transactions again. All good.

Scam Company!!!
I paid $249 for a QuickBooks accounting program that doesn't exist.
No one answers at Customer Service phone line.
Had to have payment stopped through my bank.

i ordered QuickBooks desktop pro plus 2024, installed it and been using it only about two weeks now. my QuickBooks 2023 expired yesterday and now the program has gone into view only mode. BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a 3 user QB Desktop Pro PLUS 2024 on May 9, 24 and Installed as per instructions received from plusbay. I needed to contact qb tech support and was informed that my license was not in their system, invalid and probably had been scammed. I have spoken to plusbay customer service and they said they would get back to me. I have called and emailed several times They will not reply to emails or answer their phone. I have complained to Payfacile who was listed in transaction description on my statement. They scammed me out of $199 AND I have to rebuild my company file from scratch. My experience with plusbay should be a warning to anyone considering doing business with them!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Sorry for yelling but I wanted to make sure to be heard. I purchased QB 2024 Desktop Pro Plus and firstly there were issues downloading and at that time I panicked and asked for a refund, which the gentleman refused to do. He said he was an expert and it was my fault, so he gave me a new License # and then it seemed to work and I was able to complete 1 payroll, but then my payroll subscription was suspended by Intuit because the License # is not valid and could not be verified, sooo.. I received yet another license # from Plusbay (3rd) but I decided to call Intuit first to verify it was valid before going through all that again and they said that one's NOT VALID either, even with the verification code. Plusbay has not returned my calls or emails. They are a scam and the bank service rep. said this is the 7th call she's received about this company just today. Also, they made the charge "Recurring" so now I have to get a new Business debit card so they can't steal from me in the future. Intuit said the validation code allows for one payroll apparently and they are opening an investigation on the license numbers that were hacked in somehow by this company.

purchased a 3 user QB Desktop Pro PLUS 2024 on May 22, 24. Will not install. QB says it is not a valid item code. I have spoken to customer service twice and they said they would get back to me. I have also emailed.... no response since. They will not answer their phone either.... Buyer beware...

In response... I have tried to contact you several times! No answer... You were supposed to contact me... But I have tried.... I want a REFUND... Intuit says your codes are invalid... I have had to go to another plan already.... Can't wait for you forever.

Had great suppport with instalation. They were very quick and responsive. resolved allissues.

Buyer beware. Ordered and received an email with a thank you card- no Key, no confirmation of purchase. Purchased QB for 3 users after 3 days of waiting for the key and no confirmation received 1 single key. The software would not download on my computer. They don't pick up the phone or reply to messages. Run don't walk! Scam

Accidentally ordered the incorrect product. .. Was able to speak to someone via phone and they not only sorted everything out but made it seamless with billing and my account. QB software installed and is running great. Thank you!

The Plusbay team helped me significantly. I originally purchased a product that did not meet our needs. Within 24hrs. the Plusbay team assisted me in purchasing and installing another product that did meet our needs. I would highly suggest them to other small businesses.

They were quick to respond when I had questions and gave me perfect instructions. Would go back to them for any other products.

Great customer support , got on my desktop and helped me install and i updated all my company files why they assisted

The download process was a little confusing but with some patience I did figure it out. I am so happy to have found the desktop version still available. The subscription cost is so expensive and so unreasonable.

Very fast service and download. Had an issue that turned out to be not performing final step for activation. Software works great!
