I had trouble receiving my software and received the help I needed...
I had trouble receiving my software and license after I made my purchase--at first.
Nothing was sent to me except a "Thank You" and I thought I might have been scammed.
I called and received actual help and information regarding the delay.
I called again the next day and then everything I paid for was delivered as promised.
I'm not sure what caused the delay, and it wasn't a SPAM filter, I just didn't receive my product at first.
These guys will help you, can be called, and will e-mail you if you have any trouble.
The products are really good, rare, and very reasonably priced.
I will order with them again...

I purchased a 3 user 2024 quickbooks…
I purchased a 3 user 2024 quickbooks desktop pro. The email was sent to me right away which was good, but the license I got was only 1 user. I emailed them a few times and they sent me a new license number, which allowed me to work 3 users. However after about a week or so, I got an alert from quickbooks that my registration would end in 7 days. I emailed them a few times before I got a reply and they sent me a new license, but the problem was it was 1 user again. I'm EXTREMELY frustrated because I've been emailing them about this again and now they don't even pick up my calls. I tried calling them for 3 days straight. No callback, no voicemail. Beware before purchasing.
EDITED: They reached out to me via phone after I posted this review. They were able to resolve it for me the day after calling me back. I am now a satisfied customer but it would have been even greater if I didn't have to go through this entire process.

I purchased QB Enterprise from plusbay.plus, and had a couple issue with the install but Peter was very helpful and logged in remotely and got me all squared away. Thanks Peter!

Scared but it works fine
I contacted Intuit several times to get a desktop copy of premier quickbooks to update our 2021 to 2024. They were no help and insisted we go to online. The reports we need to run our business are not available in online. I found your company and a 5 user with lifetime license was available for 299.95. I was concerned about purchasing from your site but decided to risk it. I received the download link with license number and product id within 3 hours. I installed it on a laptop before putting it on our server. It worked perfectly! It’s installed on the server now and working as it should. Thank you for supporting a small company and helping us to stay running.

Very Poor Support or Follow up.
I have been unable to download and install the software they sent me. I have contacted them and they sent other downloads which still do not work. Now after 24 hours, all emails I sent to their support email address are coming back as "temporarily" undeliverable"
I really would like to get this working but I do not see any acceptable tech support.

For QuickBooks Desktop Users
One of the only vendors I found that still sells the non-subscription Desktop version of QuickBooks (Thank You!). You cannot buy this directly from Intuit anymore, and Costco and Staples no longer carry it. Intuit wants you to subscribe to their inferior online software. Don't settle!
Customer support is very responsive and will work with you to resolve any issues you encounter.
