Went to Plush for the first time yesterday and it certainly won't be the last. I had the deluxe pedicure with Ely and I can't recommend it enough. What was an added bonus was the very comfortable pedicure chairs. The salon itself gives off a very relaxed place to be. The staff are also very pleasant

The best part was being in the showroom and the advice about the different lounges and what would work best for us. Debbie at Artarmon was fantastic and helped us with measurements and followed up with us. Much appreciated and we are really happy now we have the lounge

As was Alex at the bar. Friendly and helpful members of staff and bouncers. Oke always make us feel safe when at plush!

Beware of creepy men, they seem to target plush and I’ve had some unfortunate experiences with them here. let the bouncers know and they will help with any nasty men!! Amir and de were very helpful and very appreciated!

We were very excited to receive our new lounge, only to find it was delivered with blood stains on it from the delivery people - one of them obviously had a cut and bled on the lounge whilst bringing it into the house. We took photos and called Plush straight away to let them know, expecting apologies and a replacement sofa. That was 4 weeks ago. We have had nothing but the runaround from their overseas call centre. Every time we call the Fortitude Valley store we are told there’s nothing they can do because it has to be handled by the customer service team overseas. Even went back into the store to try and reason with them, but they would have nothing to do with it. Now they are saying it has to be assessed by a furniture cleaner and cleaned. Do they not understand how disgusting this is, having a sofa in our house with someone’s blood on it for the last month. We do not want a cleaned couch. We ordered and paid for a new sofa, and thats what we expect. Absolutely atrocious treatment, has ruined our experience. They obviously do not care about customer experience once they have made their sale.

AVOID BUYING FROM THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE THE EXPERIENCE AS ME.

Very disappointed with the sofa I purchased from Plush. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the significant amount I spent on the product.

First, when the sofa was delivered to me, it arrived with visible stains. I immediately contacted your team to request a replacement, expecting a new, undamaged item.

The second delivery was equally troubling. The sofa arrived without its original packaging, simply wrapped in cling wrap with the feet already attached. Not only did this feel unprofessional, but upon inspecting the sofa, I noticed further damage. The bottom of the sofa was torn, and the fabric had stains. The delivery person then informed me that I would have to accept "floor stock," which is absolutely unacceptable. I paid for a new, pristine sofa—not a floor model.

Following this, someone from your team called to follow up and mentioned that the sofa had been steamed cleaned and repaired. I rejected this offer immediately because it was completely inappropriate. I did not purchase a sofa to have it cleaned and repaired—it should have arrived in perfect condition, as I paid full price for it, which was in the thousands.

This entire experience has been deeply disappointing. When purchasing such an expensive product, I expect high-quality service and a flawless item. Instead, I have been left feeling ignored and frustrated, with no resolution in sight. I still haven't received my sofa yet which I already paid in full.

Delivery was efficiently done. The guys were polite & friendly. Very happy with the lounge & delivery.

I recently purchased two leather recliner sofas from Plush Prospect, and I’m extremely happy with the entire experience. From quotation to delivery, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. A special shoutout to Washim, who kept us updated on the progress of our delivery at every step. Outstanding service and a fantastic product—definitely a 5-star experience!

Nice delivery guys who were helpful and polite and quick

We shopped at the Moorabbin store and the help we received from Rachael was amazing. We needed a specific configuration and wanted a colour that wasn’t a standard offering.
Rachael and the team made sure our order was correct. (There are a lot of variations). It took a few months to arrive but that wasn’t a surprise. We were kept up to date regularly by Rachael.
Finally delivery day and the experience was also great. The 2 guys delivering did everything. Carried all the pieces upstairs and assembled.
The couch looks amazing. A great experience.

Worst customer service received in a very long time. Over 10 furniture deliveries with no issues from other companies but Plush made it unbearable and more than 10 phone/text for 1 delivery. Would NOT recommend to anyone especially their dispatch team who have no care for customer service . Thank goodness for independent delivery company who were amazing.
