worst Delivery Service 2022 Award
Unfortunately, the quality of work and attention to clients dropped dramatically in 2022. There are logistical difficulties worldwide, but no one forces you to deceive and ignore customers—worst Delivery Service 2022 Award.
I sent my first package via pochtoy.com back in 2015. Over the past eight years, I have recommended this service to many, but today I will do everything to reduce the number of its customers. You can't work that badly.
On 09/21/2022, my parcel was sent from the warehouse (USA, DE). It was a standard package without prohibited attachments. Parcel number 567006, tracking code CQ003184780RU, the price of the goods was $341.38. The parcel included essential medicines that could not be bought in Russia. Weight of incoming parcels per parcel: 2 kg 400 grams (5 lb 3 oz). Econom shipping for $58.99 + $5.0 insurance + $3.0 shipping insurance. On 09/28/2022, the parcel arrived at the Helsinki warehouse, and since then (for five months), the tracking has not changed. I am not only dissatisfied with the fact that I cannot receive my order but also with several factors:
1) Pochtoy.com did not contact me or explain the delay's reasons. I had to create free tickets #291349 and #311565, and #329275. Multiple tickets, since pochtoy.com requires you to create new tickets for each mini-problem. Perhaps this is how the Help Desk KPI works. They pretend to solve many problems, but in reality, they don't. When I asked several questions in one ticket, at least half were ignored.
2) Since I did not get any intelligible answer in free tickets, I had to create a paid ticket for $2 - #329275. They answered me with a paid ticket, but then it was closed without solving the problem.
3) Pohtoy.com refused to recognize the fact that it has been in the same warehouse for five months as a loss, and refused to pay insurance.
4) Pohtoy.com refused to give both the name of the carrier and the name of the customs broker so that I could contact them myself.
5) Pohtoy.com refused to send me the exact terms and conditions of the insurance, including not answering my question "What is the maximum insurance coverage" and not answering my question, "What does "delivery package" mean for insurance payment."
6) In ticket #316797, the pochtoy.com support service admitted that "some documents were lost." But instead of solving the problem, this ticket was closed, and I can no longer write anything in this ticket.
7) As a result, I was left without money, a package, support, and attention. I think that this is very low-quality work.

We started ordering goods from America not so long ago, and before we started using the services of Mail.com, we scouted all the carriers.
Initially we stopped at this carrier because of the affordability of the prices, but once we started using it, we appreciated this company 100%. Always quickly processed packages and answer all your questions. At the request of a photo of the goods that arrived at the warehouse (enclosed example).

Многие посылки того периода задержались или не дошли – это была системная проблема, а не безразличие к конкретному клиенту. Стало очень плохо!
Много лет сотрудничества с этим посредником привели к отказу от их сервиса. Тарифы выросли непонятно кокую доставку использовать для сборных грузов посылка весом 12 киллограм объемного груза стоит 130$ посылка той же отправкой за киллограм 50$. Что абсолютно не приемлемо. Для решения вопроса служба поддержки не принимает усилий по решению вопросов. От чего сроки поставок и стоимость сдвигаются и приносят убытки! Очень огорчены в ухудшение качества сервиса! И прекращаем сотрудничество с Почтой.КОМ.

Нет и еще раз нет!!!
Заказала из Сефоры духи, я знала заранее, что парфюм отправляют раз в две недели, посылка была оплачена в понедельник18.10, написано, что отправляют по вторникам, 3 ноября посылка была по-прежнему не отправлена, я, конечно же, прошла через злочастный круг тикетов, онлайн операторы как-то мало помогают, в итоге мне сказали, что посылка отправлена и ее можно отслеживать через личный кабинет. Спустя неделю никаких передвижений моей посылки я не увидела т опять этот круг тикетов, где оказалось, что посылка моя опять лежит в Америке на складе и никуда она еще не отправлена и отправят ее только на следующей неделе(отправят ли???)
Т. е. компания просто обманывает своих покупателей, пишут, что все отправлено и ничего не отправлено, отмалчиваются о реальных сроках доставки.
Не советую пользоваться услугами почтой ком!

Парфюм отправляется раз в две недели, и мы понимаем, что любая задержка ощущается особенно остро. Транспортные компании иногда сообщают об отправке с задержкой от фактической передачи посылки – из-за этого статус в системе может не совпадать с реальным положением дел.
Пожалуйста, напишите в тикет службе поддержки с номером вашей посылки –
разберёмся и дадим честный ответ.

$54,99 - доставка в почтомат в Москве, $85,37 - стоимость товаров
Расшифровка:
$85,37 - стоимость 2 товаров с walmart (одним заказом - книга и настолка) - пришли по-отдельности, общий вес 2х посылок 1 кг.
$7 - заказ через оператора с якобы бесплатным объединением
$44,99 - доставка в мск (снова с объединением, без нельзя), вес почему-то 2 кг
$3 - страховка

Наталья, здравствуйте. Понимаем ваше недовольство. По существу: две посылки из одного заказа пришли на склад раздельно, и каждая учитывалась отдельно при взвешивании и объединении. Итоговый вес в 2 кг при фактическом 1 кг может быть связан с объёмным весом упаковки – для крупногабаритных коробок он часто превышает фактический.
Если вы считаете, что какая-то из позиций была начислена ошибочно – напишите в тикет службе поддержки с номером посылки, мы проверим расчёт и дадим подробное объяснение по каждой строке.
