Cheap but still brilliant
My business partner and I have been using pocket receptionist for a few months now , since switching from Moneypenny.
Our only regret is not doing this sooner as they're hundreds cheaper per month for the package we're on. I have to upgrade a couple of times but that's only because I trust them enough to handled all of the calls rather than just missed.
Thanks to Denise for setting it all so swiftly. I'll be sending my dad's company referral over for.my £100

Caught out
We used pocket receptionist to answer phones about term while we found a new receptionist, all was ok service and was as advertised unfortunately when you want to cancel your contract they make you stay till the next billing cycle and then charge you another month for a service you clearly are no longer going to use. Always check the small print is what I've learned And believe that you can cancel anytime as long as you pay an additional month!

We’re always upfront about our cancellation terms, after the initial 3-month minimum period, we require a month’s notice to close an account. This is clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions at sign-up, and it’s in place because we staff our team based on active client needs to ensure a high level of service. I completely understand your frustration, especially if you no longer needed the service. We never want anyone to feel misled, so we’ll take your comments on board. An Amazing Service!
Running a business on your own from home is tough, but having Pocket Receptionist take care of my incoming calls has enabled me to free up time and not worry about being disturbed. It allows me to go to trade shows and meet suppliers without the fear of missing potential customers - and the support I have received when I need anything has been second to none. They also allowed me to increase my opening hours from a customer point of view, which has increased revenue. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

A business associate recommended Pocket Receptionist to me, and eight years later, the service and support are still going strong. Having a busy and varied work schedule often means that it is not always possible to answer the phone straight away, so having a receptionist service that you can personalize and adapt has been a great asset to my business.

Good quality, consistent service, ideally blended as the perfect support for our business, whatever other activities we may have on and during the course of a natural working day and across weekends. I am a big believer in our prospective buyers and sellers always speaking to a human, rather than just leaving a voicemail, and these guys do it perfectly

I have reviewed your account again and I noticed that while we initially recommended a higher package to meet your needs, you opted for a lower package. We did clarify at the time that this could lead to additional charges for out of bundle calls, as our services do not operate on a fixed fee basis.
In October, you requested a review of charges above £399 + VAT for the past year. I carefully reviewed each invoice and provided a detailed breakdown, confirming their accuracy for your reference. We didn’t hear back until recently, at which point you expressed an interest in cancellation. As per our policy and our email to you, a one month notice is required from your billing date (November 3rd), so your account is set to close on December 3rd.
