They get to know your business expectations and learn your booking system perfectly before going live. They communicate with you through every step and you get to know all the transactions that have taken place by access to the app. There is no tie in with a contract and they will even look after your bookings while you are on holiday. I contacted a large amount of virtual reception companies and POSH was the one that stood out. Pricing for the service was not ridiculous either which was a relief being a sole trader. They also offer a free trial period so you can find out how compatible you are with them. POSH... do not stop or change what you are doing because your service works perfectly and you knock the socks of all other virtual reception companies. My booking system is Goldie Appointfix and POSH navigated their way around it with complete ease. So if you are looking to ease your workload with a reception team just give POSH a call and speak to the team - you will not regret it.
