I would highly recommend Polkadot. They were excellent from start to finish. Our boiler broke down in January, which was far from ideal, but they arranged an appointment very quickly to install a new boiler and carry out a full system power flush. Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Pricing seemed reasonable, and we paid what was initially quoted. An outstanding service all round.

Had an issue with bathroom and was recommended to them. Initially good response but seemed incredulous to be asked for a breakdown of work and cost thereof followed by passive aggressive communication. Work to a decent standard spoilt by lack of customer aftercare.

Very friendly technician arrived. Thorough evaluation and service of the boiler with added security checks no other technician ever undertook. Very happy with the service. Left everything tidy and clean.

The plumber who came to install a new vanity unit waste could not have been more professional and helpful. The workmanship was of the highest quality and I am more than satisfied with the result.
He was courteous and went out of his way to explain what was required.
I would recommend Polkadot Plumbers every time.

1- They replaced our old showerheads with much lower quality ones
2- chipped paint near the basin and left it
3- Balancing water degree between hot and cold has become much more difficult do not know why

Fitted me in the day after I contacted them. Friendly, competent, did a lot in the time without seeming rushed. Good at explaining what they were doing.

So efficient. Clean and tidy. They were competitively priced. Also were able to do the job quickly.

Phone answered promptly and appointment made for same day.
Engineer Rob is friendly and efficient.
