Do not use this company sold me a filter for my hot tub that does not fit my hot tub even though they state on there website it is for my tub I paid to send it back at my expense when I phoned I was told that because I unwrapped the filter I cannot return it, I asked how I fit it without unwrapping it was then asked had the filter been put it in water, of course it has its for a hot tub! I was then told I should’ve drained the 1200L to make sure it fitted but either way would not have accepted it as it was unwrapped ???? I sent photos of my existing filter & the one I got from them they said they would get back to me, two weeks later, no response, no replies to messages etc! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR

I am now seeking legal advice not for the money for the principal !!!! 13/0723 I received a reply from John stating I had no submitted proof of a fault I sent you photos of the difference between my existing filter and the one you sent me as requested by you I don’t understand what more I could do you advertise on your website the filter was for a Hydropool serenity 4500 and it’s not what more can I do I noticed you have not mentioned a refund in your reply As I said DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTE SCAM this filter cost £75 plus the 7.50 to send it back John if the filter fitted my tub we would not be having this dispute

I am a New Customer with a leaking old Waterway circulation pump - found this company on the internet for spare parts and advice
After several emails they managed to provide me with the new parts which they had in stock - after an online payment the part was delivered the next day

Technical services were great to deal with as I was unsure exactly what was required ! I sent some pictures and they recommended a few options so made ordering a lot easier !

I needed a new pump for my Canadian spa
Left a picture and details on enquiry ticket on pool and spa centre site.
Reply received within a couple of hours with part needed. Ordered pump which was delivered within two days. Very competitive pricing. Thank you

First time of dealing with this company, the technical support from John Barnwell was excellent, after explaining my problem John asked for images to assist him to source the right parts, he then suggested several things for me to try to resolve the issue which I followed before replacing parts and they worked perfectly.

Had a couple of problems with my spa underside control and heater. I spoke to a very helpful guy called John and he was able to give me some valuable advice. This was instrumental in my being able to repair the problems and get my hot tub up and running again. I would recommend there service.

I had a problem with my Whirlpool Bath, I contacted the company who have a technical team.
I described the symptoms over the phone and sent some pictures too.
They advised me that it was the capacitor, which they told me which one to get.
They duly sent one and advised me on fitting and it worked.
They could have sold me a pump for a couple of hundred pounds but with the postage it worked out about £10.
Really pleased with the service, would definitely use them again.

Technical team go beyond expectations! Excellent service helping me choose which parts to buy for a hot tub repair. Reviewing photos and videos and double checking pipe sizes etc before ordering. Will shop again.

I had a problem with a pool I look after and was after some technical help.
I didn't think the pool & spa centre would be able to help but after trying all the other specialised pool companies I contacted these guys as one of my last resorts.
The response from Andrew in technical sales was quick and extremely helpful.
Nothing seemed too much trouble and he located the part I required very quickly.
The part wasn't even that expensive...which goes to show that even a relatively cheap sale means just as much to them as the expensive orders.
They even added the part I needed onto their website for future custom.
All in all I would highly recommend the pool & spa centre to anyone.

5 stars! Ordered the hot tub cover to an individual spec with my measurements and have just received delivery. Very pleased! It is well made with quality materials and fits perfectly and for a very reasonable price.

I have an unusual shape hot tub and required lots of help measuring it and putting in the order for a new cover. The whole team were very helpful especially Emma who answered my many queries. I have now received the cover and it fits perfectly and seems good quality. A great service from Poolandspacentre. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Spectacular service from John in the parts department. He went above and beyond and simply couldn't have been more helpful.
I will definitely use them in the future for any other services required for my hot tub.

What a great find, very helpful staff. I was kept up to date as the spa lid was on order from Canada. Even was offered a discount as the delivery was later than expected. The lid is great, fits well. Could not ask for more. Certainly would use them again, just a shame they are a fair distance or I woukd use them for everything.
