Customer service was great despite delay in shipping! Austin and Heidi reached out to me via phone and email to keep me updated regarding my order and the delay in shipping. Business was super busy with a lot of orders. Shipping delay was expected due to the overwhelming amount of orders this small business had. I was disappointed but they both made it personable and went above and beyond to let me know what was happening. They showed me they actually cared about their customers and made things right. We will order again in the future and fingers crossed my son gets some cool goodies!

Two months have gone by and I have no updates and have received no shipments. Ordered two boxes billed the same day. I have emailed multiple times and nothing.

Absolutely garbage customer service. Ordered a box around the beginning of July and still haven't received it. It's September! No one will answer the phone, call me or email me back. I wish I would've read the awful reviews and the amount of people reporting them to the BBB. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRASH SCAM COMPANY!!!

I placed and order in June and despite calling multiple times and being assured that the package was coming I haven’t received anything. Also sent email but received no response. Poor customer service skills. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

This box was exactly as written in the description. While it took a bit of time to arrive it was worth the wait.

It was my first time ordering and they did not disappoint. Delivery took a bit longer than I had hoped, but worth the wait.

You never know what you will get with mystery boxes, however, getting an email, asking for my experience, this sets them above many. Wow! Good customer service makes a difference.

Except for the length of time it took for delivery, the items inside of the box had a little something for everyone.

The delivery time was way too long. The products were good.

There was a bit of a delay receiving the boxes but they made it right. The boxes were fun to open.

I ordered three boxes after the company advertised them as being in stock. The order never shipped. When I reached out, I was told they would be sent out on Friday via priority shipping at no extra charge, but that never happened. I ultimately had to file a claim with my bank to recover my money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Ordered my box on July 6. Watch many people saying that a nice box from porch pirates. Said they were a good company. So I tried. It is 8/31., and still no box.

I ordered on 7/2/26 and have never received my order. I have sent several emails and have received responses stating they are behind on their shipping. We are now at8/30 with no box. I have requested a refund but now they are no longer responding. I’m not sure what to do at this point. $80 is gone😡😡😡

Ordered two boxes at the beginning of July. It is now the end of August. I still have not gotten the boxes. I could not find any information in my email from them. I then emailed them in the middle of July and they said they would prioritize my packages the next week and I still have yet to see them. I know businesses can be busy, however with little to no communication after spending $200+ is insane to me.

I ordered a box and never received it. I reached out to the company via email, phone and Facebook and never heard back from anyone in the company. Unfortunately I had to report to my credit card to get my money refunded. 10/10 do not recommend.

Had to wait for a month to get the boxes that I ordered. Called to cancel the order and basically got talked into maintaining the order and they gave me a $15 gift card to them. Got the boxes today and y’all I would not waste my time or my money. I would not do this again. I’m very very disappointed because it’s nothing but a bunch of junk the only thing of any substance in over three boxes was a coffee grinder. I was extremely extremely disappointed. Just be careful.
