Definitely not worth 89$ every thing that came in the box was 1/2 things that you need the other half plus thing with dates engraved with names and outdated dates. One little girl, 18 month Christmas dress, 4 tubes of sensidine toothpaste? A small hot plate, add 2 little. I'm trying to freezer coolers for lunch box. This was total trash and it took a very long time to receive it.

I ordered 2 boxes and it was taking a while so I called to check in and a woman helped expedite my order. Recieved boxes and every single item inside was cut up. I took pictures and sent them to a female manager and spoke to her on the phone about a 50% refund. Not a credit or a gift card. A 50% refund. 2 weeks later I called again and reminded the same person and she said she would look into it. It has been 2 months since I ordered and 1.5 weeks ago the owner (Austin) emailed me to check on my "satisfaction" as a customer. As soon as I told him about my issues, he said I should have received a "credit" in my email. Why would I buy MORE? He ghosted me over a week ago. I wish I could post pics here. I also wish I would have seen the real reviews here instead of the Facebook ads. Im not mad because I didnt receive a high ticket item. Im mad because I wasted money and got destroyed junk. I donated almost all of it. Dont bother. Owner doesnt take customer service seriously. I have emails to prove it.

I waited 2 months for delivery and I had to email them 6 times. I received the box today and it wasn't even half full. Alot of the products were open. Very disappointing. Never again!!!!!!!!

I purchased a mystery box on July 9, and as of September 14, it still has not been shipped. I have emailed them multiple times and received no response. There is no real phone support either—every call goes straight to voicemail, and no one calls back. At this point, I feel like I have lost my $99.99. Based on my experience, this company feels like a scam. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

2-1/2 months and still waiting after paying for expedited 2 day processing. Customer service is non existent and non responsive. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

There were issues with my first order and it was dealt with in a very fast, professional manner. I have since placed a second order with them as they are human too and everyone deserves a second chance. Customer service in the end were top notch. The items were fabulous.

It took almost a month to get our box that we ordered from you. We love ordering from you. I believe we’ve ordered twice the first box that we got when it came had a big hole in it. I did not know if I would have taken a picture of it and sent it back to you that you could have fixed it so we ordered another one and it took almost a month for that to get here as well love your stuff, but don’t love the length of time it takes to get back to us.

If I could put a 0 I would. I ordered on August 3 and the boxes were to ship and arrive Aug 13-17. They never did. No tracking. No update. I tried to reach them via phone, messenger and email and NOTHING- I now have proceeded to place a charge back with the cc and they are investigating which takes 3 months! I am sick over this - this is NOT OK at all. What a RIP OFF - STAY AWAY from this company - they are not legitimate!

My wait time for my health and beauty mystery box was a month past estimated time if delivery and that was after filing a complaint with the BBB. I paid for a $45 box and got sample size items and the box wasn't even half full. It was filled with peanuts. I was very unhappy and very disappointed.

I placed an order on Jul 10th 2026 and 2 months later on 9/08/2026 I still haven't received it. I have left email after email, and I have not gotten a response about my items. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

After 7 weeks and countless emails the most pathetic half filled mystery box I have ever recieved arrived. I bought the $80 wild card box and it was literally half filled and had nothing even decent in it. Recieved a water bottle, some ki.d of seal for who knows what, box of tiny squishy, a couple cards, tiny instruction manual for something that was not even in the box and some party decor that I would never want. Useless and not worth $80 and 7 weeks of waiting.

I received a 20$ item and what was left in the box was garbage that was dirty and broken. Box was less then half full.

Please do not trust this company to do you right. I so wished I would’ve read the reviews before throwing away $500 . I watched influencers open their boxes and thought they were worth the money but not only was my boxes extremely late but they were full of cards and party decorations. And I had used items and even a dirty piece of a breast pump !!!! I’m so disappointed that I ever trusted them. Out of all 8 boxes I ended up with maybe $100 value!! I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. They should be ashamed of themselves! I communicated with them several times for weeks and several different ways and never got a professional response or in a timely manner but yet they were on Facebook everyday. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I waited for a long time on my box, I was extremely excited about it but disappointed in its contents, but on the other hand my granddaughter went in like a banchee, she took it all home, I really wanted to keep the comforter but I let her have it, the customer service team were amazing and I just ordered my second so I’m giving it another try. Wish me luck, I want an awesome box to keep for myself.

The communication with the business was outstanding. I even got a personal text via company from Austin. Still looking for that purse or apple product will keep trying. Love porch pirates

I ordered and waited at least a month or
more. Then I tried contacting and couldn't get an answer back. Finally I did and got my box. I think my order got lost when I first ordered.

It took over two months for my box to come after numerous emails, phone calls, and pestering them on social media. When my box finally came, it was absolutely nothing but junk. I do not recommend porch pirates at all.

It was extremely late. And way overpriced for the items that were in it. Everything in there I could’ve gotten at a thrift store or the dollar tree. Definitely not worth it again and definitely will not order again.

While my first order took a little longer than expected to arrive, the staff and owner right away addressed this and explained the situation, I did end up getting both of my boxes at the same time. While one box was “ok”, we definitely received items that monetarily fit what we paid, just not many items we, ourselves, could use. The second box was the same price and it was definitely worth far more than what we paid and about 99% of it we kept as a family and the few other items we gave to friends. But mostly we enjoyed our whole experience so much and the quick response by staff and the owner himself to address the first box being delayed, we signed up for the monthly subscription. We will definitely be supporting this company for years to come and even sending Porch Pirates boxes to friends as a fun gift for special occasions.
