I am very frustrated with them. Ordered on 9/5/26...still have not received my boxes or received any shipping info. Have called and emailed several times, and there is always some excuse for the delay. Messages go unanswered....very poor customer service. If you take our money 7 weeks ago, isn't it reasonable to think they would want to make it right??? Guess not.

🚨 BUYER BEWARE: JULY ORDER — STILL NO BOX, NO ANSWERS! 🚨

I ordered a mystery box back in July, and here we are in October, and I STILL have not received my order. Even worse than the ridiculous wait is the complete lack of communication. I have tried reaching out and have been met with silence.

Let’s be clear: delays happen. Mistakes happen. But ignoring a paying customer who is simply trying to find out where their order is? That is unacceptable.

I paid for a product I have yet to receive, and I shouldn’t have to chase someone down just to get a response about my own money.

The only mystery here is where my order is and why nobody seems willing to answer a message. 🙄

If you’re going to take someone’s money, you need to take responsibility for fulfilling the order and communicating with your customers.

I’m sharing my experience so other potential customers can make an informed decision before placing an order. I would still appreciate a response and a resolution, but the silence so far has been extremely disappointing.

Waited 2 months to receive 3 of them
The Apple box had 4 items in in( nothing electronic) in a $80 box! WTF??
And i am STILL WAITING-after 3 months- for my 4th box! No answer! They stopped answering to me .

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND ZERO RESPONSE FROM YOUR COMPANY!!!! Quit sending me discounts and just send my order!! Over 60 days waiting!!!

I ordered 7 packages the beginning of August. I decided to order from porch pirates because the delivery time said packages would be here by August 14th. It is now October 10th. I have still not received my packages. I’ve left several messages and emails but still have not heard back from a real person. I did receive an email saying my packages would be packed October 1. But clearly this did not happened. Nothing has been shipped. I would recommend finding a local business to get these boxes from instead of porch pirates. They do not run efficiently, their customer service is terrible, and excuses of not having ing enough inventory is a poor explanation. Do not sell products you do not have. I emailed them for the last time after giving multiple chances to make this right asking for a full refund. If I do not hear back from them, legal action will be taken.

I still have not received my order i have reached out 4 times through email, once through Facebook message, once through commenting on a new Facebook post, once leaving a voicemail all with no response back or update on my order from September 4th. I did speak to 2 gentleman on the phone but no resolution or real update.

My porch pirates box came 2 months late. And the items are still in the box ready to go in my dumpster!! Everything was complete junk!!
Broken nail dryer (covered in sticky goo & nail polish), bend brackets for a bed frame. Metal tent stakes, some kind of small clips, half a piece of a pop up hamper. Only value was pillow case. Seriously.. for $40 i didnt expect much!! But at least try and give decent stuff!! Im gonna cringe throwing $40 in my dumpster!! Definitely wont buy again ! Also i left a 1 star review. And it still is not on their page!! They are only posting positive ones. Also they have over 120 BBB complaints.

This is one of the WORSE companies when it comes to communication and or shipping dates. I have reach out on numerous occasions and no one returns any communication. This order was placed on Aug 28th and we are now in October. Ive heard some people say up to 3 months. Y'all need to get a better business process because this is obviously NOT working when it comes to running a business. Other mystery companies are just as busy and can some how get packages out in a timely manner. It should NOT be whenever Y'all get around to it or get product. When my delivery dates shows Sept 15th and last correspondence date on the website is Sept 16th stating in production which is BS if its now more then 15 days and is Oct 1st....into another month. I Will not ever order from this shady company that can not keep up with demand or their customers concerns. How about, If you are waiting or don't have product then DON'T SELL SOMETHING WITH A PROMISE AND HAVE CUSTOMERS WAIT A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF TIME ESPECIALLY WHEN WE PAY FOR SHIPPING!!!!! SMDH

Don’t order from here. Made purchase July 20 and still haven’t received anything. I asked for an update and about 2 weeks later they responded saying they were behind schedule but my order was in the next batch to ship. Then nothing for several more weeks. I then asked for a refund and still have yet to hear any response. Bogus company in my opinion.

I ordered a large box July 10th, hoping for a delivery for a birthday present on July 30th. Spoke to someone in their customer support line on July 23rd who said it would be the next week. Then nothing until the middle of August when I spoke to the owner Austin who promised delivery the next week. It's now almost October, and they have blocked me from sending Facebook messages and don't respond to emails. I've asked for a refund, I've filled a complaint with the BBB, and I guess my next step is a civil suit with all the others who have been scammed by then.

This company is not good at communication, shipping is nonexistent. I’ve waited over a month with no shipping information or emails detailing the delay. I would not recommend this company at all.

ordered in July. followed up for a status in early August & was told they'd put it on priority and send out within the week. followed up again early Sept and no response. ended up disputing the charges on my card.

I peed over $300 for my boxes three of them I got two boxes within 2 months still waiting on the third one the second one box only had 10 items in it they do not fill it up to the top they they give you some cheap stuff it's not worth going to these guys there's other and better places out there to get your mystery box do not get them from porch pirates

It was late but that was ok . I understand that there was a backlog. Very happy 😁 with my box.

I loved my mystery box, I'm just not happy about how long it took to arrive.

Amazing boxes and was absolutely amazing! My kids and I had so much fun! We are definitely ordering more for sure!

Ordered two packages late July. It is now the end of September. I received one box and the other one is still missing. They are hard to get a hold of as far as the phone, and they never answer an email. Each time I call and I do get somebody to talk to, they say it’s going to be sent out by the end of the week. Well, it’s been two months and it still has not come.

I ordered my first box July 7th and have not received my box.. I emailed about a refund I got a response saying that they are short on staff and are working hard ... So I called the number on the website and talked to someone and they took my name and number cause they told me the only person that could approve my refund is a supervisor..I didn't hear anything so I called back and another person told me that not even a supervisor could give me a refund that I would have to dispute it with my bank... But she said that she would make sure my box was shipped within 72 hours... It was shipped but it was supposed to get to UPS September 11th and it has not... I would not recommend this company.. I feel like it's nothing but a scam
