Porch Pirates Mystery Boxes Reviews 

Ordered my box 6/30/26. It is now 7/28/26 and the box still hasn’t been sent to the delivery truck after several promises of customer service saying it will be done. Worst online ordering experience. Still don’t have the package.

Took along time to get it and once I did get it , it was a bunch of junk not one thing in it useful , had paper wrap stuff in it fake hair clips, these plastic things that can't even be found to see what it even is a couple broken things, mostly junk , nothing like the unboxing I see on tic toc and facebook I'm highly disappointed and I won't be ordering from porch pirates ever again

Great mystery boxes, got more than double the value of what I paid. Nothing was broken or used although I’ve had some before that were, it’s overstock and returned liquidation after all. Will continue buying.

The box had random boxes that were torn open, a bag balloons that was ripped and dumped in there, cheap blue table decorations, a random hose and connector that I have no idea what it goes to, phone case not even in packaging, a cheap hat. Definitely not worth $80 and nothing like the photos on their site.

The delay was frustrating but understandable once someone communicated the appropriate information. Getting 4 boxes with nothing special was a let down after a long wait.

Pleasantly surprised with the mystery products. Kids enjoyed playing " white elephant" by opening up a product or taking one away. I would definitely buy again.

Sent an email inquiring about the Shopify delivery date. Nina responded to my email and was quick, pleasant and informative.

Nina in customer service was great. She responded to my question quickly, professionally, and kindly. I am looking forward to my first box from them and hope to do business with them again.

I just spoke with Katie on the phone & she put my mind at ease and took my fear of being scammed away. She took the time to answer all my questions. I will for sure be ordering again in the very near future.

Very disappointed in the mystery box. It didn’t come on time it came 15 days after the promised time, and nothing but garbage  so disappointed.   Will never order from them again!

Nina is amazing, she replied to my message about my order. It was a quick reply. She is fixing my order. Can't wait to get my boxes.

I love that the email I sent customer service was answered in a timely fashion. Nina replied and even though I have yet to receive my mystery box because the store went viral. I would definitely buy again. I will post a review once I receive the mystery box. Still good company though.

The full mystery of the boxes made these a compelling and exciting purchase. So much so that we have a subscription for the Pipsqueak box; my pips absolutely love receiving something just for them each month. I can’t forget about the customer service! Impeccable communication and fast to resolve questions and concerns - if you should ever need them I hope it’s Nina as she is tops.

Would like to say i had a good interaction with this company. I had a question about shipping ajd tracking. Emailed customer support and within 3 mins Nina emailed me back and answered my questions was a good expirience will do buisness with them again.

Love mystery boxes and was not disappointed. Lots of items we could use and some we can sell. Definitely got more than what we paid! Can't wait til we can afford to order again (on fixed income).

I placed my order on June 12, 2026 and as of July 22, 2026, I still not received it. I contacted customer service several times, and each time I was assured that my order would be placed on the priority list. However, after more than a month of waiting, I was informed due to the company's high volume of orders, I would need to resolve the matter through my bank. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, and Poor customer service. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
