I was informed all the way along the mailing route where it was. On arrival, it was as easy as charging it up and putting my phone on the device. As for ease of use, couldnt be easier turn the music on, place your phone on the device and party on

The product was NOT what I expected. I expected 3 containers that were the size of a human to fit into, instead I got 3 containers that were a little bigger than a lunchbox. I paid $59 for 3 small containers that I could have purchased at a nearby retail store for $10. False advertisement! I sent over an email with no results so I will wait to send another complaint to PayPal.

I did not order no children doll storage bags. I ordered big bags. They even sent me an email before they arrived asking me to ignore the name they knew what I ordered and still sent this. How to I reply for a refund.

The tool hurt my dogs! It was not easy at all! My dogs like the other brushs I've used, but this one hurt them! Two thumbs down! I will never use it again! I'm also really mad that I had to wait so long to get it and can't get my money back! Absolutely worthless!!!!

Loved the tool,, easy to use and kind on my dog. Lots of undercoat hair and noticed a soft glow after the use of this tool.

Tracking info updated throughout the entire process. I didn’t have to figure out where it was during shipment. The tool itself is super easy to clean and works wonderfully! Never had anything that went through knots as easily or got loose hair from under the coat! Absolutely love this product!

I have only used this tool once and it is better than some others in the market. The shipping time was ridiculous but that has nothing to do with this rating of the product

The product came in an acceptable period. However, I was first offered a single shredder peeler, followed by 2 pieces and then one shredder and one peeler. The later is what I thought I ordered. I received two peelers. So I’m left without the original one I wanted in the first place. I would have to place another order to get the shredder. Haven’t used what I got as yet.

The brush definitely doesn't do what your pictures show at all! We have a Siberian Husky, sheds crazy! Brush did help but not at shown. We'll be going to Horse brush from horse owners business! Thank you, Diane

The peeler just arrived today after a 1 month wait. It looks as though it will work fine but took entirely too long to get here.
