It’s a joke looking at what I received! I too ordered what was supposed to be mercury glass trees. Different in size. I see many others that got DOLLAR STORE plastic trees. The tallest is only about 6 inches.

total scammers. be careful - especially shopping on Instagram/online - whatever you choose to order verify the company first. I'm pretty savvy and I got taken! Sadly best to only order from big companies like Amazon/Walmart to be safe. I ordered Christmas stuff for my mantle and never got it. They give you the run around saying "it was delivered" Well, we have cameras that witness every delivery and also USPS app that sends daily screen shots of every future delivery so we knew this place was full of it.

After waiting over a month for my purchase I received and email stating the order had been delivered when in fact it had not. Customer service was quick to respond that I should check with the post office and gave me the tracking number which was not recognized as a tracking number for USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. When I let customer service know they gave me a different tracking number that showed the order had in fact been delivered. Except upon checking the tracking number with my local post office THAT tracking number was for a delivery for a different customer and different address. Apparently, the post office has had several complaints as they knew immediately what my original tracking number started with. And now customer service is ghosting me. Lesson Learned

My purchase of the five Christmas trees were falsely advertised! Size, color, materials of what I ordered were completely different from what I received!
Deceptive practices and advertisement!!!! Beware!!! I want my man bey back!!!!

If I could give a negative I would. Ordered 3 set's of the 5 light up Christmas trees and they take 3 batteries per tree. The brand new batteries were drained within a day. I contacted the company and they offered me a whopping $7. They did I could return at my cost, but it would be very expensive. I will have to spend a fortune in batteries to make these work.

SCAM ARTISTS TERRIBLE LIARS AND PEOPLE! NEVER received my items my trees also “cleared customs “ on Chicago - I contacted them and they keep saying they’ve been delivered. But I have 3 tracking numbers from over a month ago (end of October )! and none say delivered they ALL say Chicago and they won’t help you out! Such horrible customer service -I hope karma comes for these people especially at the holiday time ! Waste of time and money dealing with this horrible company and people smh!

I received the ugly plastic tree too. I think we have been scam. They don't want to issue a refund or return.

Same as the other posters. Ripped off and scammed on the mercury lighted Christmas trees. Got plastic junk. I have disputed the charge with my credit company. Fraudsters.

I ordered the bff set of 5 light up Christmas trees. They looked beautiful and advertised way bigger than they came. Over priced for this puny product. Was excited to give away and I don’t think I can without embarrassment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. These products I could have gotten for $1.25 each at the dollar tree

One star because I can’t leave zero stars. Worst purchase ever. I purchased two sets of glass Christmas trees of various sizes with lights inside. They are 6” at the tallest and plastic. Very ugly. I paid over $50 for something Dollar Tree probably wouldn’t sell. Lesson learned.

I ordered light trees from there (from facebook). They charged my card more than the total. I did contact them and they corrected the charge. It took very long for them to come in. Then I received a message from usps that the item could not be delivered. The label they used was fraudulent. I emailed and still haven’t had a solution to this. Do not order anything from here.

It has been over a month since I ordered these Christmas trees. Still waiting to receive them. PortraitW said the original tracking number was incorrect. I got a new tracking number, and see my “glass, various-sized trees” cleared customs in Chicago today. After reading all these bad reviews, I realize I was scammed, too. An expensive lesson learned. Don’t buy stuff on Facebook. Very little recourse.

After reading the other reviews, I have same experience. the glass trees or supposed glass trees came, they were 5 inch plastic junk, no batteries, with light strand, contacted portraitw.com support, they offered me $3, 7 and then $14, I paid $57 for 2 sets. I said no now waiting for them to respond. I read about them they are a scam company.

Delivered a small box of 5 PLASTIC trees all about the same size!!! Not glass, not silver, and not the right size!!! Pretty pitiful. Trying to figure out how to leave pictures of what I ordered and what I got!!!!

SCAM advertisement and website. Nothing like the ad on Facebook. First I was charged 9.99$ more than the 32$ total on the cart. I sent a complaint and I was refunded the overcharge. No tracking for a long time and when I followed up they said they will follow up from the shipping company. Item arrived after more than a month in small box, shipped from Gardena, CA with 5 small plastic trees with fairy lights inside. No mercury-glass looking big, various sizes tress as shown on FB. I SENT And angry email and they offered 3$. NO!!!! I replied no. They’re scammers. This is the latest reply of the bandits.

In that case, you will need to return the goods to our Chinese warehouse. But shipping costs will be high.

SCAM!!!! DISPUTED IT WITH MY BANK. These people are taking money from people.

I ordered the 5 mercury glass Christmas trees for $42.74 and received 5 plastic junk trees 2 months later after contacting them multiple times about my order. They offered a $3 replacement. Don’t buy from Portraitw.com.
