What a scam!!! What came was cheap plastic absolutely not the same as the ad! If your company is legit and you're sourcing this product elsewhere well you need to stop and refund the clients that got scammed (looks like you have several). Also, my receipt was for $51.78 but what was charged to my credit card was 67.31! Please explain that!

Ordered 5 led Christmas trees that were supposed to be different heights and look like glass. Contacted support because it had been 2 weeks or more and still not received. My order showed up 2 days after i contacted them. The trees are small (barely 5 inches) and made of cheap plastic. They look nothing like the advertised pieces. I sent pics to support as requested asking for refund and after 3 emails they offered me $4 refund. I paid $29. This is another china scam!!

Ordered the Xmas tree set and they are nothing like what was advertised…35 bucks for dollar store trees. They are all the same size and look like crap!!! Cheap!!! Do not buy!!!!

This is a complete scam. Guess I should have done my homework. The trees are cheap plastic. Could have purchased these at Dollar tree and they are ALL 6 inches in height!!! Thoroughly disappointed!!!

This company is a scam. They have no integrity and their advertising is fraudulent. I have asked for a refund. Instead of the mercury, illuminated glass trees, they sent cheap plastic trees that are horribly inexpensive and all the same size. How are they able to continue doing this?

Same experience with the set of 5 Christmas trees. Had not received the product for 2 weeks and reached out. Magically they arrived at my doorstep the next day. They look nothing like they do online, cheap plastic, small, all the same size. I contacted customer service attaching pictures of what is advertised and what was actually received. They insist that they have sent the correct product and are not willing to provide a refund. They initially offered to give me a $3 compensation instead (paid $35). Buyer beware. Scam product!

Ordered these beautiful mercury christmas trees and my shipment did not come and did not come. I reach out to company and finally they did reach out and reshipped my package. Unfortunately the trees that came are 100% not what was advertised. these are cheap plastic and look like they are from the dollar tree. They are not different sizes and not worth what I paid. Huge scam do not recommend

I ordered a set of five illuminated mercury glass looking like Christmas trees. They are the ugliest things you have ever seen. The gold is yellow. They are made out of the cheapest plastic. They look nothing like the picture. I've asked for a refund but I won't pay the price to send them back to China. Do not order these or anything from this company.

I ordered a set of five mercury glass Christmas decorations. What arrived was five cheap plastic decorations that you could probably get at Dollar tree. Do not order from this company.

Hands down worst customer service
ever. While the contact information says Boston, I can promise you not! My order was placed on 10/28, it is still tracking that it is still in China. In addition, all the reviews on the Mercury Glass Trees are horrible! One word, DON'T! This is a scam and if it looks too good to be true, it is FALSE and a SCAM. Despite the fact that my item is tracking in China, they refuse to refund me. I am contacting my bank tomorrow!

Deceptive advertising. The product that I received looks nothing like what was shown in their ad.

The trees are only 6” high, not the size shown in the ad. The trees in the ad are twice the size.

They are made of cheap plastic, nothing like the Murano glass that is used as a reference.

I purchased two gift train present boxes for my daughter’s birthday and they never came. I contacted customer support several times and they kept saying “we have contacted the shipping company” but they couldn’t provide a tracking number or a delivery date. They refused to issue a refund even a month later, after my daughter’s birthday came and went. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and changed my credit card number. Clearly a scam.

Purchased off Facebook some bras on April 5th and emails showed incorrect tracking (from Italy but this company is in Shenzen, China) and said my product was delivered May 4th and it wasn't. I checked my cameras and didn't see any delivery. Contacted the seller and only after I put a claim in with PayPal did they confess they gave me wrong tracking and gave me new tracking and said to go to post office so I did and post office showed package was delivered so I put a claim in with USPS and they denied my claim also since package showed it was delivered even though it wasn't. PayPal sided with the seller and not sure why they didn't research this further. This needs to stop and not sure who but someone needs to take this Portraitw off the internet but they will just change their name. BBB and many websites show this company Portraitw is a scam. I even purchased insurance which didn't help. Emails showed incorrect cost then what PayPal charged. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I am going to continue trying to get a refund and this time I am calling PayPal and I have reported this company to another scam website and I am going to continue reporting this company until they are taken down and maybe I will eventually get my refund!!!!

Ordered some "wide leg linen pants". Received something absolutely not as pictured, 100% polyester. Crappy construction. When I complained, they said I could return it to China & pay big charges, or they would refund me $4 & keep the POS merch. WARNING!

I purchased items April 5, 2025. I never received my purchase even though customer support
said that my detailed tracking showed items delivered April 22, 2025. I have watched camera footage of my mailbox (April 20-27, 2025) and have not seen any packages delivered on those days. I contacted portraits via email and was told to call the local post office to check with them. The post office has no undeliverable items at their office. This is very devastating. I do not understand how this could have occurred from such a trusted website. I’m not sure what can be done at this point.

The car seat cover offers excellent cushioning making the driving experience super comfortable. Meanwhile, the dumpling maker was a pleasant surprise. It's so easy to use and makes making dumplings a breeze. Both products took 3 weeks to arrive but the quality makes the wait worth it.

The packaging was impressive. Both items arrived in excellent condition, well-secured in robust, compact boxes. Opening them was easy and everything inside was neatly packed. Happy with the delivery and presentation.

It has undoubtedly made my driving experience more enjoyable. The material is sturdy and feels like it will last. First, the Cushioned Car Seat Cover is a winner.
