Posture People provided some fantastic advice when I was looking to buy a new chair for my home office. I visited their showroom and tried lots of chairs before opting for an RH 220. They set this up for me on delivery, making sure it was adjusted to be in a proper ergonomic position. The experience was so positive that I bought another chair from them about 6 months later for my work office. You might be able to buy a chair cheaper online but I found the set-up service to be worth any minor additional cost. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I’d struggled to find stockists of the Hag Capisco and wanted to try it out alongside some competitors.

Though Posture People didn’t have the models I’d looked at, they offered me a space to work in for a morning so I could try the Capisco and, in doing so, I also identified another model I really liked.

Having time to really sit and work helped make the decision that both chairs would be useful!

Both chairs are now in use and are both unparalleled in comfort and aesthetics.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Posture People as their customer service has been great throughout.

I had an issue with the courier but the customer service at Posture People was brilliant and sorted it all out for me. The items that I bought are also great and I look forward to trying out the recommended exercises. I would definitely use this company again.

Made a two-part order for an office chair and desk, both of which were flagged as available within 3-5 working days. This was important, as I'm often away from home, and had worked out a window in which I could take delivery.
The chair arrived fine: no problem.
On working day 5 after the order was placed (a Friday), I received an email that said the desk wouldn't be available until 'next week'. I wasn't at home for most of that week. In the end, I cancelled the order for the desk, and have ordered it from another supplier who can guarantee a delivery slot.
IMO, if a vendor has supply chain problems, they should flag that at the time of the order. Disappointing, as we wanted to use a local vendor.

Very competitively priced monitor mount with free delivery. Arrived in three days in a huge box which can't have been cheap to ship. Great service. Will come back.

My employer ordered new chairs for me for the office and home and the service from the Posture People team has been exceptional. The chairs were to be delivered to the office and as I do not have a car, I asked whether they came assembled etc so I could make the necessary arrangements. Ben quickly said they could drop the second chair to my home and he, together with his colleague Kevin, went above and beyond in accommodating me. I am very pleased with the chairs and so impressed with the service.

I enjoyed that the course was on line and could be done at my pace. The course material was easy to follow but still very informative.

Due to me being 6'8'' tall and big build with it I tend to struggle with office equipment including chairs....Posture People have been brilliant in finding me a chair that is actually built for my size! I tried two and I have definately found 'the one'. Nothing is too much trouble...highly recommended to all!

I had to have a gas cylinder replaced on my chair and everyone was so helpful (especially Ben), nothing was too much bother for them, and I had the replacement sorted in a matter of days. They even came back the same day when my chair was still a little too high to go under my desk. They were very courteous and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

We got in touch with Posture People with questions about a specific model they stock and wanted to come around their offices as we live close by. They were very arranging and helpful, providing helpful insight and advices without pushing us to buy. Communication was great all throughout! Very pleasant experience all around!

I purchased an electric height adjustable desk this summer for my home office. The service was excellent from the point of confirming the order to the delivery. Was kept up to date on my order progress and the delivery date was booked in for a time that worked for me. The desk was delivered and set up by Ben & Kev who are so professional and friendly.
