After some lower back issues working from home, I was looking for a way to overhaul my home office and make it more posture-friendly. Posture People have been excellent, providing useful information and allowing me to test a wide range of chairs, to find the most comfortable setup for me. Overall I was impressed with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Also, the new chair is fantastic! If you're accustomed to generic office furniture, I really think you'll be shocked by how much more comfortable you could be for such a huge chunk of your day.

Very pleased with the service from this company and a special shout-out to Sandra for going the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed. They even went so far as to order me a special version of the product and liased with the manufacturers representatives for bespoke advice. They were very patient, as it was quite a complicated requirement, and also very attentive with comprehensive and polite communications to keep me up to date with the progress of the order. On top of all that the prices were very fair and I feel I got a 5 star service. Would shop with them again.

I was in the market for an office style chair for the home environment. The PP website was useful, but talking to the experts at Posture People I was steered towards a chair I hadn't previously spotted. It was easy to order whilst still chatting to them, and delivery was fast and efficient. I'm very happy with the style, colour, look and most importantly support and comfort the chair gives.

The service was excellent. The team listened to what I was trying to achieve - a sit stand workstation at home. Gave me great advice on the pros and cons of the various options available and sourced a fantastic chair that looks stylish, doesn’t take up too much space and works perfectly for my needs.

The products I have bought (desk riser, monitor riser and chair) are excellent. I've been struggling with lower back and arm pain for the last few months. The chair has made a huge difference within a few days. The customisation options are great, website is great. The customer service before, during and after sale has been excellent.

I ordered a desk chair through Posture People that needed to be made to order and therefore had a longer delivery time. The team were great at keeping me up to date on the progress of my order and when I was likely to expect delivery, and I always got a speedy response when contacting them with any queries. When my chair was ready for delivery they arranged a one-hour time slot that was convenient for me. Would defintely use Posture People again!

I ordered the Ousby chair with adjustable arms. Great service, speedy delivery and very pleased with my purchase. What a difference after a few days and it made me see how bad my old desk chair was. Definitely recommend the Ousby to anyone working from home.
