As with a lot of people, I have recently switched to working from home and bought a range of different equipment to help make it more comfortable. The customer service throughout was excellent and I received personal phone calls as well as emails to update me on the progress of my order. The items I purchased have been great and exactly what I needed but it's the above-and-beyond customer service that is really impressive. I have already recommended Posture People to other friends working from home.

Recently bought a Tonique chair, for home working, based on a recommendation from Posture People. The chair itself is fantastic, and has made the long days of sitting at a home desk really comfortable.

The chairs are excellent - a little smaller than previous posture chairs we have had so they don't take up so much room if you only have a small space.

they can be adapted to suit just about every size and shape though we find it a little to adjust them ourselves.

When one was installed by one of the staff and they manipulated it to suit me, it was perfect but when they are unable to perform this service it is harder to get the full benefit.

I have used Posture People for many years and can't fault the service I get from Jo, David and the team. They are always so friendly and happy to give advice and try to solve problems with you if you have someone who needs that special something.
As I have moved jobs and locations away from the Sussex area over the years, they have continued to be my preferred supplier of choice and am glad of their continued support even though I am no longer on their doorstep.
The one thing I do appreciate from this company, is the fact that they let you trial items if needed to see if it works - you can't fault the customer service. I can only say thanks to them, for making life with tricky "colleagues" easier to deal with.

Ordered an office chair from these guys three years ago, as I was having pretty bad back pains. They helped me find right one for what I needed and delivered it straight to my door. Not only did the new chair solve my back pains, but three years on and the chair still looks as good as the day I bought it.
