When requesting a Google For Nonprofits account for a charity organisation in New Zealand, Google advised that verification of our status had not been possible based on the basic information requested in their "Get Started" process. We then found that the verification process is handled by Percent and that there was a simple process for sending a request directly to Percent for the non-verification decision to be reviewed. Upon submitting a request for review along with copies supporting documents, we first received from Lawrence a speedy email acknowledgement and advice that the review was in progress, followed by emailed advice during the following day that our eligibility had been verified, along with clear and helpful guidance on how to obtain approval to activate a new Google For Nonprofits account, which we have since successfully completed. Thank you so much Lawrence, Maeghan, and Sandrea for your top class assistance in navigating the verification process and achieving a positive outcome for our organisation :)

Someone attempted to gain access to our non-profit account with one of Percent's partners, and they were very good about letting us know when/how it happened, and to make sure that the access was not granted. Their agents were polite and took care of the issue quickly and efficiently, helping to ensure proper security was maintained.

We approached Percent a couple of times to register our non profit with Google, we had a hiccup our end with the wrong account on the application the first time round. The next time when we resubmitted the service was very prompt and as well as the application we successfully emailed some further information which they kindly replied to.

Emailed Percent for help with our application. We received a prompt reply with very helpful information. We are delighted our application has been approved for Canva. Our organisation works with people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and we receive most of our donations from the public. Canva is a great asset to our small team so we couldn’t be happier.

Poor services. Poor response time. Poor support system. I've been trying to get our organization verified on percent but its been two weeks since they keep rejecting us without any valid reason. We have submitted all of necessary documents to percent but still they reject us without any proper response.
