Fantastic experience with Precious Metal! Chris was really helpful, and customer service was second to none from start to finish.
Initially had a few hiccups with getting finance (my problem not theirs) and they were very understanding, but we got there in the end.
Couldn't recommend them enough!

I turned up without an appointment and was really impressed with how accommodating Mat and Chris at Precious Metal were. They were both incredibly friendly and genuine, not pushy at all—completely different from the typical car sales experience. Mat took the time to provide all the information I needed, discussed all the available options clearly, and even managed to get the car out (having to move 3 cars to do so) so I could take it for a test drive on the spot. Really professional, relaxed, and helpful throughout. Will definately be back when it's time for a change and I would definitely recommend!

Second to none
It is clear to see why the company is highly rated, Mat and Chris’s service is second to none. The motors they stock are of the highest quality. They take time to understand circumstances and are very patient and not pushy compared to other companies I have dealt with in the past. I telephoned regarding a car I had seen online and Chris couldn’t have been more helpful.
Due to workload I was unable to visit the car personally and Chris kindly sent me a video of the car.
Delivery was arranged and the car arrived just as expected following conversations and video.
