Browsing through auto trader I stumbled upon Precious Metal and most importantly my rather lush car!!

I called over the Christmas period and the showroom was closed. I obviously worried someone would snap this beauty up. But fear not Mat was on it and called me back a few hours later. Absolutely delighted we made arrangements for me to come and view the car and I paid a fully refundable deposit.

I am fully aware of the level of perfection I expect from a used car and just how hard it is to meet my expectations but the car absolutely did!!

So, I guess what I’m trying to say is THANK YOU for my stunning car and making the whole process so seamless. You are a brilliant, personable family run business and I know exactly where to come for any more cars. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.

Just brought home my gorgeous new car! I can’t recommend Mat at Precious Metal highly enough—he made the entire process enjoyable, carefully walked me through my options, and truly listened to what I wanted. His attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring I understood everything along the way. As a thoughtful touch, he even gifted me a bottle of Prosecco since I picked up the car around my birthday. Such a wonderful, family-run business! If you’ve been put off by typical car sales experiences, these are the people to trust!

We have just received our second car from Mat. We bought a car from Mat two years ago and the service from start to finish was second to none, nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond with everything! This time around we were looking for a specific car and Mat sourced the car we wanted for us. We couldn’t recommend Precious Metals anymore if we tried and we definitely won’t ever go anywhere else to get our future cars!

I don't usually post reviews but after purchasing my second car from Precious Metals in 4 years I wanted to share my experience.

I collected my car directly from them this week and the whole process from asking Mat to find me a car in line with the specification I preferred to signing the completion paperwork has been nothing but brilliant.

The customer service levels Mat afforded me were second to none.

Nothing was too much trouble, communication was regular and Mat gave me the impression that he was as excited as me in sourcing the car of my choice.

Not only did he find me the right car he came in well under the budget figure I gave him to work with too.

Both Mat, who looked after me and Chris, Mat's brother and business partner are passionate people when it comes to cars and their enthusiasm, attention to detail and customer service cannot be faulted..

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Precious Metals and would strongly suggest you give them a try if you're in the market for a new car.

From walking in the showroom Matt and his brother found the perfect balance of being knowledgeable, professional and totally invested in our car buying journey but without being pushy !

Me and my partner purchased a car from Precious Metals recently and the service was 10/10 all the way through. They could not do enough for you. They check absolutely everything on the car before they allow you to leave with it to ensure you have no problems after the purchase. We are already recommending them to others!

This was our first business dealing Precious Metal.Must admit it was a pleasurable experience. Our main dealing was Mat Truman. A genuine gentleman and very humble. Our phone dealings were to the point and all matters were dealt with seamless precision. Wouldn’t expect any different for a well run family business.
The only downside to the whole experience was the much talked about tea. It wasn’t Yorkshire 😖

Not knowing anything about cars it can be a daunting task but they were fantastic from start to finish.
The guys managed all areas from finding my perfect car and the right finance options to delivering it to me. Their tea isn’t bad either!
I have bought many cars over the years - brand new and used, and Precious Metals are head and shoulders the best company I have ever dealt with.

the guys at the garage are brilliant. more than happy to answer all my questions, and if they didn't know the answer, they found it out. would highly recommend. 5 star because there cuppa tea was beautiful.

Precious Metal has been absolutely fantastic in assisting me with sourcing my new car! I bought my car unseen off the website and it is exactly what I was looking for. Bought my Mercedes gla from Precious metal a couple of months ago but recently had problems with the automatic boot, I contacted Matt who was the sales person I dealt with when I purchased the car informing him of the problem and was advised to take it to a garage to diagnose the problem, the results of which was a faulty battery, I contacted Matt who immediately authorised me to have the battery replaced and forward their contact details to the garage for the payment due, I was contacted by the garage later that day to say ‘payment was paid in full’. Very impressed and very grateful, I would highly recommend Precious Metal cars……..Well done.

Recently purchased a car and dealt with both Chris and Mat. It’s clear they are very customer focused and pride themselves on providing excellent customer service. They were extremely professional courteous and knowledgeable about the cars for sale. We were kept up to date at all times about the process of test driving and purchasing the car. All calls and emails were answered and acknowledged promptly. We would certainly consider purchasing our next car from them.

Top notch service from precious metal.
Both Chris and Mat were great from day 1 of enquiring about the car to the day of collection. Both were responsive on emails to any questions I had and couldn’t be anymore helpful. I would recommend precious metal to anyone.
