Preet's Barrel Reviews

Prompt professional service. A welcome change to what I often experience online.

Always love dealing with Preets.
Top notch!

Easy ordering, and fast shipping!

My experience with your customer service and the delivery of my purchases was well appreciated.

They had the products I was looking for at fair to good prices and shipped them quickly and well packaged. The entire transaction was easy. I will continue to shop here.

Check out process with easy it felt trustworthy and I received the bottle in a very timely manner with no damage, I wish I could buy this in the store myself save a few dollars but that's American Business, thank you for providing such a great service.

Easy to make an order. The bottle was shipped quickly. Will definitely do business with again

Order showed up quickly and on time and I love your selection of bourbon!

What's a gift for Father's Day but I'm surely appreciate your exceptional service. You guys worked hard and got it here ahead of schedule thank you for your efforts. I appreciate it.

Ordered two bottles last month and not a word from them. No updates, no delivery, nothing! What kind of outfit is this? Be very careful with these folks…

You earned all the stars!! Shipping was reasonable and holy cow was it fast!!! Less than a week!!!! Other liquor store sites I have waited up to month only to be told they can't get it in after I paid for it! I will definitely use you again and tell all my friends about you!!!

Fast and reliable. No issues to report

I made an order over 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. I have reached out for support multiple times and received no response. After the first inquiry I had a tracking number show up in my UPS account but it still indicates the package has not been picked up and it has been 2.5 weeks.

Perfect description fast shipping
Highly recommend

Top notch customer service a great collection and fast shipping preet’s is simply the best

Made an online order for a few bottles of orphan barrel, which isn’t easy to find. You’re paying retail pricing obviously, but it’s a retail store so to be expected. Shipping was fast from NY to FL, packaging was great. I would happily order again.

First time using Preet's Barrel. Signed in, received a free shipping code for the first order. Found a hard-to-find bottle of Hudson Baby Bourbon at a fair price. Check out was quick and easy using Shop. Received bottle quickly. Would have easily been a "5" but I was charged shipping, even though I had the code. Tried to get it resolved but couldn't get a response. I am sure this was an oversight and that customer service is normally great.

I received the 3 bottles I ordered with 2 out of 3 in excellent condition. The Eagle Rare and Wellers Special Reserve were perfect. I noticed some moisture inside the packaging with a smell of alcohol. The Blanton's however had the top wrapped in plastic wrap and fragile tape. There was a lot of tape. I'm sure without it the entire bottle would've been lost. After I removed all the tape and plastic wrap noticed the seal was broken and some of the bourbon definitely had spilled. I won't judge from one single experience. The prices and selection were great. However I'd rather not have a similar experience next time.
