Fast shipment and fair prices.
Fast delivery and fair prices on hard to get whiskeys. I’ve ordered from them several times and my experience has been the same. This tells me they actually have the whiskey in stock and ready to ship. That’s not always the case in this business.

Bad and good
Products listed on site are not necessarily in stock. A Refund to me for them removing an "Out of Stock" item from my order, took a lot of phone calls to contact a real person to get solved. I should NOT have had to contact them at all for that process to begin. The one item that they did have in stock and I purchased, the shipping/handling was SUPER Fast. YMMV

The purchase process was great
The purchase process was great. The delivery was fast . The product was securely shipped via UPS, which worked with me on the delivery. In fact, UPS went above and beyond to ensure that I received .y package.
Though shipping was a little expensive, it was well worth it. Oh by the way the Remus 9 year experimental bourbon is wonderfullly tasty and viscous.
