First time booking my daughter in for…
First time booking my daughter in for afterschool club. She’s a new reception starter and so we thought she would be quite nervous having only been at school 2 weeks, but she was made to feel really welcome and came out buzzing asking if she could go again! The staff were amazing and it’s good value for money. We’ve recommended you to a few other parents, thanks guys

Extend the afterschool club to 18:00
We need the after school to be till 6 pm like other schools as finished work 17:15 and running to collect the kids 17:30

Excellent care
I have been incredibly impressed with the wrap around care premiere education provide. My son loves it, in particular the sports activities. The staff have already got to know him well and he has only been doing it for a couple of weeks.

Ladies are always so cheerful and loving! Kids run in with biggest smiles on their faces ! Worth every penny especially this lovely young PE teacher she deserves a raise!!

Childcare is overpriced
Childcare is overpriced, cancellations are not refunded in cash or even in credits, but must be immediately rebooked at a later date when you don't necessarily know the plans. Cancellations have to be made more than 24 hours in advance, rather than same day (even though they make no practical difference to your costs). Every booking attracts a booking fee, and you recently changed your system so that users can't book a whole term at a time, incurring more booking fees.
You have a monopoly, so I have to use you, but I wish I didn't have to!

Good company with good business ideas…
Good company with good business ideas and intentions. Have scaled well. Good people they hire, good snacks for the children and great ideas to fill the sessions including arts and craft, football, cricket, gymnastics and so on. My only issue was there has been their frequent price increases in line with inflation and rising living cost I appreciate however I felt as they fall under children's welfare services, the frequency of price increases can be less steep.
