I had been thinking about subscribing to Premier Sports and checked their website which confirmed the fee was £130, but when I clicked the subscribe button it came up with £149.99. I called and was told yes the fee had gone up but they hadn't had time to update their website and they wouldn't honour the price shown! Shocking behaviour from this organisation and needless to say I did not subscribe.

Emailed with a sky link problem late on a Saturday afternoon & it was resolved by Premier Sport team within an hour in time for 2nd half! Great service.

Cancelled my annual subscription mid September but Premier still took an annual payment on the 30th. I did things in a messy kinda way and the fault here may be mine/my bank/Premier. Anyway, this morning contacted Premier to either refund my subscription or sign me in for a further year. Happy either way. Anticipated a bit of toing and froing but within a couple oh hours received an email acknowledging the confusion and signing me in for another year. Cannot fault the response to my situation and their communication in any way. Excellent response.

Absolute disgrace of a website and app they are thieves cancel subscription and they still went and took a payment from my bank when subscription cancelled they then lied about it avoid them Absolute corrupt

I was having some issues with my dad’s Premier Sports account, but thankfully, a lovely lady helped us without any hesitation. She was incredibly patient, polite, and understanding throughout the whole process. Ruby was such a sweetheart and genuinely made the experience so much easier for us.

I made contact via the chat facility to raise my concern regarding the considerable increase being sought for a further year’s subscription. The initial response advice that the proposed rate was competitive and there was no discounts or promotions that I could avail of. I responded to say that I would need to seriously consider if I would renew and advised of a reduced rate I had seen previously. Michael responded promptly to advise that discretion and a discount would be applied to arrive at the rate I was happy to pay, therefore I had decided to renew. Michael provided a professional service and I felt valued as a customer.

I've been a customer for a few years and this year (2026), my auto renewal debit card had expired. I tried to update the card online with the revised details but screen went completely black. This also happened when using a different device. Used the chatbox to discuss my issue which was extremely unhelpful. Ended up by cancelling my membership and subsequently renewing only to find that instead of paying my renewal fee of £120, it was now going to be £149.99. Eventually found a customer helpline and spoke to a representative who insisted I must pay the higher price. There should have been a warning on the website that this could happen.
Premier Sports needs to evaluate their website especially with regard to updating card details as I don't see why I should have been penalised for a technical glitch when using their online services.

Matthew (call handler) was good although I have since found other rugby fans got the promotional offer of £99 just recently but I was told it was no longer valid?

Prompt response to phone calls. Rachel helped me untangle a mess of different usernames, passwords and viewing platforms. URC broadcasts are high quality and the on demand service is great for watching missed matches.

Please never use this company. There is no such thing as a One Month subscription as you cant cancel for 30 days in the fine print so why offer that at all. I don’t care about the buffering but if Premier want to be taken as a trusted company the bait and switch scamming customers is not a good strategy for them . I will never use them again and simply not watch the Rugby ! Worse than even TSN! Please boycott so a reputable company picks up world Rugby in Canada!

Great customer service and very quickly managed to get me to restart my subscription. Easy process and made to feel a valued customer.

Really upset this is not working on samsung tv app every time you try play a channel you get a message saying sorry we seem to be having some issues .. so now im stuck watching rugby on a phone ...

I asked a question which was important to me but probably of little consequence to the Company and got a prompt, and positive reply despite me being very geographically separated from the company, it would have been so easy to ignore.

When I called, very helpful in restarting my discounted subscription after expired card caused renewal to fail. Renewed at the old rate and gave me an extra discount off the first year.

Title: Refusing statutory 14-day cooling-off rights in breach of UK law
I am writing this to warn other consumers. Premier Sports is currently enforcing an unlawful internal policy to deny returning customers their statutory rights.
My previous subscription completely expired. I manually took out a brand-new, separate subscription later that day. When I requested a cancellation within the legal 14-day window, customer service refused, stating in writing that the 14-day cooling-off period “only applies to customers taking out a new subscription for the first time.”
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day right to cancel applies to the formation of any new distance contract, regardless of whether you are a returning customer. A company cannot use internal policy to override statutory UK law.
I have been forced to initiate a chargeback via Lloyds Bank to recover my money and will be reporting this systemic breach of consumer rights to Trading Standards. Avoid this company.

I found mike to be very patient as he talked me through the process of setting up the channel and I'd like to thank him for all his help.
