No waiting time for call to go through ,and a female named Rachel sorted my problem in minutes Great service Cheers !

Phone answered after one ring,a polite ,friendly and very efficient Rachel dealt with my query quickly and effectively.I am delighted with what I get from Premier Sports for a very fair price.

Shortly after subscribing I had to leave the country to somewhere the service was not available. I contacted the company to explain and a representative called Michael quickly arranged for the cancellation of my subscription without any hassle..

Today Rachel at Premier Sports took my call on the Business number even though I am a private subscriber. She managed to connect my Premier Sports channels to my Sky Sports menu which had ceased to function because I had received a new Sky Q box. Problem solved in under 5 minutes on the phone. Well done Rachel fixing the problem and dealing with it so quickly. Robert

I have been a customer for many years and have been using the app on my TV on Saturday I was asked to login using the instructions on my TV but as it was so long ago from signing up I had to reset my password. On Sunday I had to go through this procedure again twice before I could watch the programme
Today I telephoned for help - one hour wasted. The lady could not grasp my problem and I asked to speak to a manager or senior person but to no avail. Lots of loud chat in the background ! Result I have cancelled my subscription!

I tried to renew my subscription on line but there was a glitch in the system that would not allow this. However all was resolved by their customer service team by phone and thank you to Sarah for her excellent customer service

I had a problem streaming ,they corrected it ASAP and the agent explained what it could be very quickly what he was able to do which at the time was sort it out I thought it would take longer ..made me satisfied with everything..

Mistakenly signed up for the annual membership for my Dad, instead of the 1 month subscription. Cancelled it the same day, once I noticed the mistake. I contacted them by phone and email to explain, but they refuse to let me cancel it now, and insist I have to pay them monthly for the full 12 months.

After initial resistance my subscription was cancelled after I had made a mistake in signing up for a year instead of a flexible monthly subscription. I like to watch particular events then cancel subscription when I want and had done this previously.

I was initially told I could cancel then told no I would have to pay for a whole year. The third PS employee I spoke with was Scofield.

Scofield said cancellation would not be a problem and although I had to pay a £10 admin fee I was happy at the resolution.

Scofield was clear, professional and quick to reply when communicating. I have come away feeling positive about PS rather than the negativity I’d felt for a day or so.

I have been communicating with Premier Sports via online chat over 3 days on login problems without success and being ignored. Today I phoned customer service and spoke to Ann who was brilliant, and took the time to sort out my problems, and sorted everything out within 15 minutes. I was on the brink of cancelling but the service from Ann convinced me stay. Top marks an 5*s to Ann

I have an annual subscription to PS but recently moved my broadband and TV to Virgin Media. There is no app on the streaming box for PS and instead it's £16 a month in a new subscription. I did hope for some kind of discount based on the fact I hold an annual subscription but PS flatly refused. Not a good service and I certainly won't be giving them any more money.

Mistakenly took the year subscription on the 14th August, when I noticed my mistake on the 15th August I promptly cancelled the subscription, this was within 24 hours. They are refusing to see common sense and cancel, insisting I will be paying it for the year. No wonder they make money, customer services is shocking.

Paid for a subscription then every time I go to watch a live game it’s telling me I need to pay for a subscription. Won’t be using again avoid at all costs.

Can I please say a big thank you to the service I received from your Customer Service Agent Cassandra who helped solve my latest Subscription problem, despite several months of having difficulties getting bogged down on systems enquiries and no proper email responses from Premier Sports trying to deal with it.

However Cassandra stepped in and managed to fix and resolve my issue in a very short 10/15 call and I am very grateful for her wonderful Customer response which reflects favourably on Premier Sports Service. She is an excellent communicator and so friendly when trying to deal with my issue.
