Had Premier sports for a year now and have really been enjoying the NASCAR Racing. My subscription didn’t auto renew as my card details had changed. I spoke to Jamie in customer services who was very helpful and we sorted it out within a few minutes. Highly recommend 👍

A problem arose concerning the application of a discount code, the response from the customer services staff was exemplary. As a result the matter was quickly resolved to everyone's satisfaction. Occasionally problems will arise but the important thing is the way a company responds to a customer's concerns.

Offer you discounts don't apply them. Then what they do is go back into your account and take the remaining amount. £99 advertised £130 withdrawn. I see several people with the same problem 🤔

Claimed money back through bank as an unauthorised transaction due to premier sports ignoring my request.

Was very frustrated trying to solve a renewed subscription problem but one phone call and a very helpful assistant solved it quickly.

I had a problem accessing the discount code to subscribe to Premier Sports but Steve resolved the issue efficiently and without fuss. His intervention will likely cause me to renew my subscription next year. Great service Steve!

Used the promo code for the £99 annual offer but charged me £130 and refuse to refund the difference. This is a scam organisation.

Had a problem over my subscription, the call to premier sports was answered promptly by Janey, she was very polite and sorted the issue.

I asked a question by email and the response from the person working for premier sports was extremely prompt; it was also clear, helpful and professional.

Phoned on behalf of my husband and lady was very helpful and explained in full our options. Hence we chose the correct one for us.

Same as most people, signed up for a month and it was 12 months and they will not let me cancel. Misleading and poor customer service. Avoid them like the plagued and failing company they are.
