The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The team make my daughter feel welcome and cared for. They always greet her by name and I feel she is very safe in their supervision.

We are using PE for after school care for our son (year 4) for few years now. They have great staff, my son really likes to spend the time there with other kids.
Sometimes we also book holiday club with PE.
All good, we can reccomend. We use webpage to book and pay for the clubs and afterschool care.

Please can you bring back the after school slot of 3:30 -5pm. This option was removed from your booking platform without notification or discussion with parents. I find that very unfair to force some parents to pay more for a service they not using. I would also like to ask that there are more appropriate activities planned for the older kids. They are forced to play games only suitable for the younger kids. This is making the experience for the older kids not ad enjoyable. Can I also request that 20min or 30 min be dedicated to the older kids to do their homework for eg practicing their spelling or doing maths etc so when they get home they can spend quality time with their family. Thank you for your time.

My son has started in after school club with premier education since the start of the September, the first session he had he told me "mum I love after school club" I was so relieved and proud of him. He is absolutely loving it and his confidence is growing each time. The staff are excellent with him and so accommodating and approachable. My son asks every time I pick him up from school, when am I next going to after school club!!

My child is very happy to attend wraparound club, she is enjoying food as well.

My Grandson does gymnastics every Friday before his school … he throughly enjoys it as he is a very active child

Increasing fees for mediocre care.
I have to use the service due to work commitments but sadly it isn’t ideal.
The fees keep increasing with little warning, a new fee per transaction has now been added.
When you have issues with your account they chase promptly, when you have a query it can take days to get a response.
The staff they have looking after my girls varies between being young girls who sit on their phones to maturer staff who feel it is appropriate to tell their personal life details.
Extra curricular clubs are always booked before everyone gets a fair opportunity to book, and it is clearly favoured towards regulars and friends and family.

My children love Premier Education. There is a range of activities and Jess makes my children feel very happy and supported.
Booking is straight forward and even easier on the app.

I cannot fault the staff but unfortunately the hours at my child’s school have been cut so they can only offer a provision until 4:30, not really fit for purpose or foe working parents

​First of all, I want to express my sincere appreciation for your classes and club activities. It is a huge benefit for working parents like us, as we have peace of mind knowing our child is in a safe environment. My son absolutely loves the variety of activities you offer.
​However, I am writing to share some feedback regarding the booking and payment policy on your app. We usually pre-book both morning and evening sessions for our son. There are times when he attends the morning session but is unable to attend the evening session. Currently, when this happens, there is no option in the app to cancel the evening session alone, nor do we receive a refund or credit for the unattended session.
​Because of this, we end up losing the money we paid for the evening. Since there is no wallet or credit system in the app for future adjustments, this leads to a recurring financial loss for parents.
​It would be highly beneficial if you could update the app to include a feature for partial cancellations or provide a credit note/wallet balance for missed sessions that can be used for future bookings.
