Been contemplating subscribing to a meal prep company for a while, but having researched and read plenty of reviews I couldn't settle on one.

That was until I discovered Gainz (I actually found them through a story posted by Ashley Walters... Big fan of his so figured if it's good enough for him then they must be good!).

And I'm really glad I've subscribed now. Just had my second delivery and every meal has been perfect :) Breakfast is something I struggle to decide on, so figured I'd change my next order to just breakfasts to see how that goes.

Even updating the delivery date and meals (and number of meals) was easy and can all be managed through the active subscriptions tab.

Definitely recommend.

I use Prep By Gainz every month without hesitation. Food is always fantastic, couldn’t fault anything. I had some recent needs that were promptly and well addressed by Jane, thank you for your help!

I have been using them for a few months now and they have never let me down. Always great meals and portion size is great too. Would recommend to people looking for meal prep.

Been using prep by gainz for the past month or so and been loving their meals. So handy to have in the fridge for when you have a busy lifestyle or arnt In the house much and still want to eat clean and actually taste like real food not your usual generic boring prep meals you find everywhere

I received my box of meals today and I have to tell you the food is absolutely fantastic. Typically with meal subscription services, I have to add additional seasoning but all you need is a fork.

I had an issue with the delivery, I contacted customer services for assistance. They replied under 10 minutes and swiftly helped me with my issue.

For me everything is 10 out of 10 and I will be placing all my meals with prep by gains going forward.

I can honestly say these are the most delicious healthy meals I’ve ever had! I have been having them for a couple of months now and everything is so much easier, from counting calories to helping being in control of what I’m eating. Without a doubt the best prep meals around!

Iv been using Gainz as my main source of food for the last 2 years .. im never dissapointed. Great selection of meals, fast delivery and applaudable quality! Customer service is always efficant. 5 starts from me!

Wow! Amazing meal prep company and best I have found for sure!
Meals are always the perfect portion size and taste incredible. They are super convenient with how quick you can heat them up and the fact you can do so in the oven or microwave (I have tried both and both been just as good!). They always have really good offers on too! I have mine set up on subscription and have never had an issue so easy to put in my orders and to switch up meals etc (I have used the app and website to do this and never had any issues 🙏🏼) customer service are amazing too always give quick responses if you have any questions or queries!

Great value, really tasty - filling meals and ideal for a busy lifestyle!

Absolutely delicious meals, such an amazing selection of meals and all of which are so tasty - obsessed with sticky cauliflower and peri peri meatball pasta 😍

Also so easy to order and collect, and cook. I now order regularly for myself, partner and family

One of the best meal prep services I have ever tried, good selection and oh my, they taste so good. I'm never hungry after them which was most often the case with other ones.

Food has been really tasty. Super easy to prepare. I dont have a microwave so have been heating in the oven and its still just as good!

Went to pick up my preps today from Trafford which is local to me so very convenient. I have only had 2 of my meals so far but wow they taste so good. I am on a high protien plan so this is really going to help me hit my macros without getting bored and eating the same thing every day. I will update when I have tried more of the meals. Also customer service seems bang on too!

THE BEST meal prep company i have used! I would highly recommend. Food tastes great, delivery was on time and quick and is so convenient especially when you've got a busy job!

The food was absolutely delicious and macro friendly. So handy to keep on track and also saved me loads of time in the week. The protein brownies were amazing and felt like such a treat! Highly recommend!

Best meal preps I’ve tried!
I’ve ordered soo many different meal preps in the past and none compare to this.
The meals are way bigger than others I’ve tried and the macros are mega!
The food is super fresh - I was slightly hesitant that with them being delivered on Sunday that by now they’d be going out of date but the way they’re packaged makes sure they stay fresh!
I’m just about to order for next week and I’m choosing the majority of the meals I had this week as they were so good!

Really tasty meals. Makes life so much easier and good variety of options so you don’t get bored. Would definitely recommend!
