The food is amazing, best quality around. It takes the stress out of eating healthily and the choices are great, always something that I like. Communication is good, I couldn’t recommend this company more, they have never let me down.

Best prep company by far

Their meals are full of flavour so delicious and a fantastic variety of meals to choose from and regularly change the menu which stops me getting fed up with the same meals. The macros keep me within my daily calorie intake which takes away all the messing about.

Their communication with me has been amazing always knowing where I’m upto and always checking in to see how I’m doing and are on hand to help if I need them no matter what time of day

I’ve just started to use prep by gains meal prep, and it has been a game changing experience not only for myself, but for my clients as well if they don’t have to worry about spending hours in the kitchen, all the meals delivered Fresh and Daly meaning that they can hit the nutrition goes with ease. Their portion sizes are amazing and they have a huge protein hit with every single meal. It’s so nice to find a company which standards so high and the customer service match those standards as well. I shall be continuing to use Gainez prep company for the foreseeable future.

This is my favourite brand for meal- preps. Being plant- based, it can be difficult to find decent meal preps with good macros, which is why I’m so glad I found Gainz! They have lots of vegan options and are always updating their menu so there is lots of variation. Delivery is super quick and the meals taste great. I always take them to work so I can make sure I’m getting all my protein in!

Best tasting meal prep company I have used! As a online coach myself I am always looking for meals that taste good but also enable me to stay on plan / reach my goals, same goes for my clients as my clients love quick and easy meals that are within their calorie goals that taste good - I will be definitely recommending prep by gainz to my clients for future use!
