Great choice of clothing always available in the shops and online. Bought a pair of trainers online recently with a 20% promo that was running - such a great deal. Great products and customer service always from purchases over the years. A gem of a shop in Littleborough!

I love the clothes but was really disappointed as I didn’t get the 10% discount , I forgot to put it on my order, this was the first time I had ordered anything from you , I was only offered a refund and told to reorder , I could have lost the clothes , they would have been out of stock , I work in customer services and I would have done more to help thanks

Love the clothes here and the fact that new stock arrives every week! I'm spending too much! The staff are lovely and really helpful suggesting ideas that I wouldn't normally pick myself. A great addition to Ramsbottom

Excellent Customer Service
Purchased 2 jumpers, a top and a pair of jeans today. Mollie and Caz are always incredibly helpful and give you honest opinions…which is so refreshing. Mollie has twice handed me an item that I wouldn’t necessarily choose myself and I’ve ended up purchasing them! 3 visits and 12 items…I can’t walk out with just one item! Today was Pretty Parade’s 4th birthday so I got a discount and a glass of Prosecco too…what’s not to like?!
