Ordered a skirt said it would arrive shortly it hasn’t even been posted

Bought on the eBay 3 items delivered 2 they are adamant that I received the third eBay closed my not received case in pre-worn favour telling me to open a case for return as parts missing and pre-worn accepted to send the whole order and they will reimburse just the missing part the one they didn't send me from the beginning,not recommended just thieves

Went onto the website to buy some preworn clothes, for moschino joggers you want £150!! That’s more than the new one which only is £120.

Are you thieves ?! This is ridiculous. Your Charging more than the retailers for most items.

Awful company preying on low income people with the offer of cheap 2nd hand clothes.

The fact that these clothes are all bought from charities ia disgusting. Those clothes you donate to charity rarley make it to the shops.
Preworn buys these clothes (still in the original binbag left out by the customer).
People are getting very misled on who these clothes are obtained .
Avoid preworn as they are taking away decent cash from charities .
Also preworn wholesale......they just need the room on the rails so bundle crap thats not been sold in years .

Another good order has just arrived! Items are as described and two of them where new never worn so even better value! have not tried them on but am sure they will be fine. Had a bit of a problem with the delivery as the tracking indicated that it was going to be delivered yesterday instead of today and I was worried that evri would try and deliver after my working hours and just leave it outside which is what happened when I ordered from a protein company a few months ago. I preferred it when they used Royal Mail as our postie knows our hours and only delivers within them.

Absolutely disgraceful the garment I received was not fit for purpose.

I’ve had great items at low low prices from them in the past, but they have changed their model to one where the prices are stupid but you get a 50% discount for buying 5 items. So I did. Unfortunately when the package arrived, the main thing I wanted was missing and one of the other items was in a really bad, unwearable state. However, customer service was responsive and promptly refunded the price of the missing and faulty items, so restoring some of my faith in them

I have purchased items before from Preworn via eBay with no issue. Today, however, I was disappointed to receive an item that was clearly very soiled. The entire garment reeked of body odour. I’m perplexed that someone thought it was acceptable to post it to me!
I’m afraid this will be my last purchase from Preworn.

They sent my order to Argos where it was returned. Now I'm told I'd refused it at 'my address' . They are a bunch of weasley money grabbers who reply with AI to any careful response to their queries - total waste of time.eBay haven't supported me at all - even though they paid lip service to it on customer service - I will never, ever, trade with them again!

Ordered three boxes of jumpers But I only received two.
I have emailed the company straight away and had no response.
Disappointed again wanted to try this company again but I still experience slow responses and lack of communication.

A bit of a mix up with my order on my part but preworn have been very helpful and we resolved the situation smoothly. Looking forward to ordering in the near future.

I received the incorrect colour. I ordered black to go with some trousers but received blue

Items re suddenly being sold at ridiculous prices and not accurately described. Avoid buying in bulk, they seem to choose items randomly. Some items are obviously very used and worn out, despite being described otherwise. I have a brain injury and find communicating difficult to say the least. I was very upset to find a recent order of clothes was misrepresented and deemed as excellent despite their wotn out condition upon receipt. Naturally I complained as anyone would, only the response I received was totally unprofessional and felt threatening. A great company if you leave a good review, but question their quality control and you be on the receiving end of an abusive message. Very sad indeed. Didn't want to face the cost of returning these awful items of clothing and so binned them to prevent any other unsuspecting soul to a huge disappointment, a waste of money and a nasty person.

I used to order regularly from Preworn, and have left excellent reviews in the past. However, during the course of 2024, prices literally tripled overnight so that in some cases the price being asked for secondhand clothes was actually higher than the original brand-new price.
However, I recently placed two further orders because the garments appeared to be at an acceptable price, and were advertised as being in "excellent" condition. Sadly, that was far from the truth: both garments are unwearable. I accept that occasional mistakes are inevitable when processing literally thousands of garments, but when it happens with two consecutive orders it appears to be deliberate policy.
Quite simply I shall not trust Preworn with further orders. This saddens me, because I was once a very enthusiastic evangelist for the company and what I believed to be an admirable ethos.

Please do not waste you’re money on this company. I ordered items 2 boxes every item smelled, was ripped (beyond repair) and was completely unusable. I tried to dispute this with the company as there was no way to even fix ANY items. I spent around £85 for 2 boxes and every item was disgustingly. After a dispute and nothing moving forward to save any hassle I just paid for the boxes and binned the items. I wouldn’t even try resell. Now they are sending me emails harassing about a rejection fee ????? WHAT …. I bought and paid for the items binned them now they are emailing about some legal fees … disgusting company disgusting service please don’t waste you’re money!!!!

Avoid buying large quantities of mixed clothing categories. It seems they randomly pick items from shelves to complete orders, ignoring the requested categories. I ordered 20 lots (boxes) from 7 categories, none of which included charity selections. However, most were filled with clearance items meant for charity shops. Additionally, the lots are not labeled to assist in identifying or matching them to the categories of items ordered. Recovering from cancer surgery, I was too weak to handle a return.
