pretty disappointing

Hotels.com was pretty disappointing. Very bad customer service. Chemist warehouse couldn’t scan barcode so now have to try and use voucher online. Couldn’t use in Coles online, only in store which was disappointing. Not consistent. Wouldn’t use again

Was unable to access a gift card

Was unable to access a gift card as I did not try to activate it in over a year of receiving it. Princess responded to my request very quickly and resent the gift voucher for me to activate.

Refund processed smoothly

Excellent customer service from Prezzee. I had mistakenly purchased an Australian card for someone in New Zealand, and upon request, the refund was processed quickly and smoothly. Thank you for the prompt and helpful support.

My Prezzee gift card wasn't in My Wallet, but they fixed it straight away

I had a problem with the Prezzee gift card not showing up in my Wallet. I sent a message through to the Help Desk and Ethan jumped onto it straight away, and it was all fixed.
Great customer service, and now I'm off to spend the gift card. Very happy

Thank goodness for Dianne Abaca

Thank goodness ! A company that still offers human contact and customer service representatives.
I was fortunate enough to be connected with a lovely lady, Dianne Abaca and she was absolutely brilliant. She was kind, patient, extremely helpful. Im middle aged and not great with technology. I suffer with extreme anxiety, so being able to sort difficulties out with a humanbeing and not simply AI is one of the best things this company has to offer. That, and their customer service crew.
Thank you so much Dianne Abaca. You were brilliant.

Great customer service

Arsee was very polite and helpful when tracking down my gift 🎁 card as I sent it to the wrong email address!!
It only took a little time and my gift card was in my Prezzee wallet.

After getting through the AI bot, Andy was responsible for helping me. I have never experienced a more unpleasant interaction with someone who is supposed to help you. Is this just a scam?

Subpar system that doesn't work.

This company is a nightmare to deal with their system is sub par they will leave you at the bowser you cannot rely on what their app or system says and they do not care about the headache it can caus weeks of trying to get assistance and they repeat the same moronic oh we dont know whats wrong but we took the money and cannot see anything where it was spent how it was spent or even when it was spent ...... seems like a 8 year old got good at Ai prompting id stay away if you need the system to actually work or be functional.

Short wait time, and Mar was one of the best customer care people I've ever dealt with. he was clear and concise, and happy to go over things a second time if need be to make sure i understood what i needed to do
