Prezzee AU - Customer, I am very disappointed with the following. No Longer Prezzee AU - No longer do Pre-Paid Digital Mastercard and Digital Visa Gift Cards. If other organisations have the technology, why can't Prezzee start doing this again. I am an AfterPay and Zip Pay Customer who is in Partnership with Prezzee AU. As a regular customer to Prezzee this is very disappointing and management should listen to customers and reinstate The Digital Mastercard and Digital Visa Gift Cards for customers.

Never look a gift certificate in the mouth
The prezi app is unnecessarily hard to use I've been chasing them up for about 20 hours now to try and find out where the gift cards are that I've purchased. They insist on using everything by AI what I need is to have just one simple telephone calland
I have been left on the hold for an hour only for the phone to be disconnected the last moment.
Now my only option is to go to their office talk to them face to face once again wasting it out of my time for just a few hundred dollars in gift certificates. Very poor customer service .

Made a mistake purchasing a card so I asked if I could change it back and was told pretty much Bad Luck and they won't change it. I'm sure if they made a mistake it would be fine to change anything to suit themselves just not for a customer.
