Cannot swap with brand card
I could not swap the Prezzee card with a brand card because of it's below the minimum swapping balance of $5. If you truly encourage customers to use up the money, why you provide with a $18 option? That will highly increase the chance of having money left in the Prezzee card can cannot be used anymore - and swallowed by the Prezzee company. Although $2 is nothing, I hate the feeling of losing money. I will definitely make a complaint on Fair Trading tomorrow if my issue isn't solved via phone call/no one's answering.
