AI Compared to Humans
After constantly trying to explain my dilemma to AI ie "Joy" where my blood pressure was going through the roof, bordering on heart attack, what a wonderful, easy conversation I had with Maria (a human being) who fixed my problem easily and professionally - she's outstanding.
Please, Prezzee, just hire humans so we pensioners can have a proper conversation with a person who can solve problems and not cause heart attacks.
