No communication regarding delivery
No communication regarding delivery date.
Driver came to site on a day no one was there. A message the day before would have been beneficial. Can’t complain with the product though. Would use again

Hi Scott,
We would like to apologise for the lack of communication regarding your delivery.
We delivered the material on the 1st of March, which is the date you requested when you ordered online.
Our standard procedure is to contact our customers to confirm the delivery date, but unfortunately this didn't occur in this instance.
We're happy to hear that you are content with the product and we'll make sure there is better communication next time!
Kind Regards
Martin

Didn't deliver on time and I had to pay contractors 3 days wages to just stand around. Was apparent that they hadn't paid the supplier even though I had fully paid the invoice at time of purchase. Pretty upsetting.

Hi Joel,
Really sorry about the inconvenience caused by the delay on this one. It was supposed to be delivered directly to you by our supplier prior to the long weekend, and when we found out on the Thursday afternoon that it wasn’t being delivered, it was too late for us to organise anything.
The best we could do was to organise delivery on the Monday morning.
I’ve refunded your delivery fee for this order, and if you need any more insulation feel free to contact me directly so I can ensure delivery arrives as scheduled.
Cheers, Philip
Just what I wanted when I wanted it.
I was in the middle of a insulation installation project and needed more insulation.
Pricewise online had what I wanted in stock and at a good price I drove down and picked up what I needed to finish the project.

A Totally Honest Company
Today, I had Craig from Price Wise Insulation come to inspect my roof, and to give me a quote for new Insulation. Once he inspected the insulation that was there he explained to me that it was totally suitable and that there was no need replace it. I found him to be totally honest and was happy with the outcome. No wonder this Company has great reviews, which is why I wanted to use them.
