Primepet Reviews

Just what I wanted and the price was in line. Delivery was prompt.
I will use Prime Pet again!

Love this dog bowl set very easy to clean and my dog loves it to.

fast, efficient delivery within days of purchase. excellent company.

Website was easy to navigate; cheapest prices I have seen for the Kongs I purchased; and fast shipping. Would use Prime Pet Supply again in a heartbeat.

Helped us with flea products and what type of training treats would be best for her
Very friendly and kind

We were looking online for a retail outlet that carried Tuscan Natural Carne dry dog food. Since we found Prime Pet Supply, we have been ordering from them every month. Their website is friendly and easy to navigate. Their service is excellent! We highly recommend Prime Pet Supply for quality online pet-related purchases.

I have reservations about the capability and shipping, I have been able to transition my dogs over to the new foods just yet, that takes time. My little rescue Russell / beagle / ?? is about 8 yrs old, not so active any more. I pray senior food is the way to go for her health

easy ordering and delivery process but the item delivered was not as pictured.

Easy to use web site. Excellent price. Prompt shipping and item was delivered as promised.

We purchased a travel harness that clips into the seat belt system for our 26 pound Tibetan Terrier. The medium size fits him well. The connecting strap affords enough freedom of movement for him to sit by the window and lay on the seat easily but is too short to allow him to be thrown from the backseat in a sudden stop. The harness is comfortable around his chest. Added benefit: putting it on him is fairly easy.

Easy to use website and my order was delivered within a week!

I highly recommend the Kong e-collar. I have been trying what seems like forever to find one that my cat could not wiggle out of. Love the drawstring that u can adjust it to fit the neck just right. It is very durable but still soft so that my cat doesn't fight it. He seems to be comfortable with it on. Thank you Prime Pet!

I wish I had known it would take over a week to get my order, I would not have ordered it.

Prompt response

The delivery was fast. I also like the fact that PETA endorses company. Prices are good... And Paco my pup likes the food and he is picky!!

Have purchased dogfood and the ordering process was easy and delivery very quick. Will definitely use the company again.

Great service. Dog food cans were well wrapped in bubble wrap. Quality dog food that my dog absolutely loves. I will be ordering again.

great price for the item I needed with 4 dogs I always search for the best price and being they are in Washington state makes it even better!

I sent the following email to Prime Pet Supply after I received a faulty product. They NEVER emailed me back...
<<< I ordered 2 50 count boxes of the Petrodex finger toothbrushes for my 10 pound dog and the little bristle pad immediately came unglued the second I put it in my dog's mouth. I tried one more glove and the same thing happened.
This is an extreme chocking hazard - especially for such a small dog.
I would like to return both boxes.
Please let me know how I can immediately do this.
Thanks,
Nancy P.>>>

I still have yet to hear from them.
This product is the worst.
The customer service is the worst.

Update - still haven't heard back from these people. Their website says that you can contact them 24/7. I just called twice - received an outgoing message only. No human person.
The shadiness continues.
Stay away...

My order was completed promptly and accurately. Thanks!
