Primepet Reviews

The Tuscan Natural Cat food is great for Cats with hairballs. My neighbor's Cat had diabetes & olive oil has shown to reduce it, so I introduced my neighbor to it & within 6 months her Vet advised her to cut the insulin dosage in half. Within a year kitty no longer needed it at all. He was 19 & passed away last year from other causes, but at least his last year was spent without shots.
This food is sadly getting harder to find so I was thrilled to find it here. My order was shipped the same day, Thursday, from NY & got to my door in Colorado Monday. Wow! I'll definitely be back.

Had the products I needed and received in a very timely manner.

Package came fast, and was priced below my local pet store which I appreciate! Will order every month going forward!

Very please with the customer service and prompt delivery from Prime Pet Supply. Will be using them often, as I am now Official Cat Woman who is owned by 3 cats!

The price is nice, the variety is great. I found my puppys food easily, but I do have an issue with shipping all the way across the country. I live in Philadelphia and my product was shipped from Washington state. I'm sure thereis a way for this company to utilize a "drop ship" technique that would be far more efficient as far as shipping costs and gas usage. Other than that, I had a great experience.

I ordered toothpaste for my dog. I got a good price and received the product in a timely manner. Would use this company again.

I purchased the Get Serious solvent to eliminate pheromones & stains/spotting for a cat that has found new potty areas outside of his litter box! So far it seems to be helping, cleans up nicely and is a good price to resolve a difficult issue. The order came very quickly as well. I've had good luck so far ... here's hoping!

Prime Pet Supply's site is straightforward, easy to use, and I will be buying from them again. I've passed the name on to everyone with pets. There was no problem or worry at all!

I had searched all dog toys near us and could not find a Chew Guard Hen.
Finally I decided to try looking on line. My 3 year old Schnauzer, whose name is Mac,has had one since a baby. It was reduced to outer cover only! I delighted to find these and was going to discard the old hen but she is here to stay, since Mac carried both of the around all time. Thanks.

Could not ask for a better experience. Great price. Fast shipping. Will definitely use Prime Pet when I need more supplies. Highly recommend Prime Pet Supply.

My order was filled correctly and shipped/arrived quickly.

My Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Bert, LOVES his Sprongs!

It was the cheapest price for this identical product and it shipped almost immediately.

This is a customer friendly site. Good prices and fast delivery.

my boys love their new kongs!!

I love that I can have my pets food delivered to the door, no tax and no delivery. Yep I buy enough for several months and I don't have to pay shipping. Yay for me.

The dogs love the chicken flavor. I plan to introduce them to the wild Salmon next week.

We have a cat who needs to eat only wet food. Since we have 2 cats that means twice as much food and as we all know, wet food is more costly.

Prime Pet Supply had a very reasonable price for a grain free canned cat food and with the quantities we purchased we received free shipping, which really helped! Our order was delivered in very good time and packed well. We would recommend this company, heartily!

I ordered tots, treats, and crate mat for my puppy. They shipped quickly! Everything was in stock. Prices were terrific!
